The downrod was fine, but your customer servuce rep ordered it for me over the phone since they knew the fan I purchased. It was incorrect and it cost me another $50 service charge from your preferred installer, to cover back a second time when I went and bought another one that fitvar ACE. Alot wrong with this.

Good Quality

I had to find a .05" rod for my Quorum fan. The Warm Brass color was a close match to the Quorum Aged Brass. The rod is a good quality. Would recommend.

This five feet extension rod is helpful for hanging my fan in a high ceiling porch. The fan came originally without an extension rod, making the device useless. Fortunately we find the above even it said the rod is designed specifically for a particular brand of ceiling fans.

The pendants are beautiful. I only saw one small mark that I hope can be covered with a black touch up pen. They haven't been installed yet, but I looked them over thoroughly.

These rods are not available at any lighting store. It fit perfect . I bought the fan 3 yirs ago, so I was afraid that I couldn't use it as the extension bar is specific to each fan

This part came up in my search on Wayfair for downrods for Parrot Uncle brands, but it is not compatible. Does not come with a threaded end needed.
