I like the Kendall set. Actually I purchased 3 sets. So I have a 12 piece setting. I purchased white because it goes with everything.

I am very happy with your service and your continued good work in sending another set to replace dinner plates that arrived damaged. I think the packing could be reviewed and I am certain you are looking into this matter. I had ordered mugs in another order and they were so very well bubble wrapped. I will certainly recommend Pfaltzgraff to anyone.

DON’T BUY: Pfaltzgraff is a brand my family and I have loved for many years. However, after manufacturing shifted to China there has been an evident decline in quality. Most surprising however is the poor customer service. I purchased the Kendall set x2. The quality was less than acceptable, there were inconsistencies from piece to piece, chips, scratches, pieces are very light weight and smaller in size than the standard.
