works on windows 11 , plug and play , good product to enable windows hello on old laptops without finger print plus it has fido so it supports many apps like chrome , password managers etc

I would give 5 star if it was easier to install in Win 11

I spent about 2 and a half hours trying to install this on win 11 nothing worked not even pnputil finally got it to install by booting up windows in safe mode so if you buy this for win 11 be warned

Wiele mu brakuje do czytników w laptopach. Trzeba się bardziej postarać by zczytał linie

Bardzo dobry, wygodny, mobilny.

Doskonała jakość i precyzja działania. Bezbłędnie i piekielnie szybko "szczytuje odcisk". Działa w Windows 11 na sterownikach fabrycznych Win 10.

Świetna jakość, w Windows 10 działa bardzo szybko - choć czasami mam wrażenie, że nawet za szybko - zanim całkiem przyłożę palec już pojawia się komunikat o nierozpoznaniu odcisku. Natomiast w starszym Windows 7 nie działa w ogóle (a tani chiński czytnik działał) - konfiguracja systemowa informuje o braku odpowiedniej aplikacji (która instaluje się razem ze sterownikiem), a po ręcznym uruchomieniu tej aplikacji od razu pojawia się komunikat o błędzie "aplikacja przestała działać".

Działa zgodnie z opisem.

Wurde erst nicht direkt erkannt

Leider wurde der Sensor nicht direkt erkannt und ich musster erst den Treiber manuell runterladen und über den Gerätemanager manuell installieren. Es gibt jedoch eine gute Anleitung von Kensington mit Bildern.

Works great on Windows 11

A bit scared when installed it cause I did it from a USB2 port on my desktop PC. Then switched on a USB3 port and everything went fine. Better to download the Kensington driver package and install the driver manually. Works like a charm!

Saves me so much frustration

This is the best item I have purchased in 10 years. I have to login constantly at work because I keep getting locked out from inactivity. My passwords are longer and longer and more complicated every couple of months. This little gym had to be installed by Corporate due to administrative privileges being retained by the technical department, but they had no problem with it, I checked first before purchasing, and this is an absolute timesaver.

this worked well after contacting Kensington to get the special link to the driver of W11. now it looks like W11 has included the driver in an update.
