It's a ripoff!

This product should be removed from the market. I join others in the complaint that hot hot Hot water disappears and cold is much reduced. I am now on my second faucet after complaints about the first. Same old thing, plus several hundred dollars in plumbing bills.

Can't clean/replace inlet adapters while in place

This faucet has been in place for 5 years. Both hot and cold water pressure has fallen to almost zero for hot water and low cold flow due to the inlet adapters getting clogged with sediment. Replacing the water supply lines didn't help. While Pfister is not responsible for the quality my water, the design of this faucet requires you to take the faucet completely out of the sink vanity in order to clean the inlet adapters/screens. There is NO way to replace or clean the adapters with the faucet in place. Even a contortionist can't do it beneath the sink. Very poor design. Do not buy unless you plan to discard and replace this faucet when your water pressure falls, especially the hot water pressure.

NO HOT WATER!!! And no solution from Pfister.

I remodeled my bathroom 7 1/2 years ago. From the beginning this faucet gave me problems. No hot water. My plumber got a replacement part and it worked. Then stopped again. I contacted Pfister and they don’t stand by their Lifeotime warranty. This is a very expensive faucet and should work. My Koehler fixtures are better. And when a similar issue happened with my Koehler fixture I called them and they sent me the part immediately with no problems or questions. So Pfister.. are you as reputable as Koehler or you just sell expensive faucets that stop working???

Love the look, but it's been about 2 years, and the water is down to a trickle on the cold side, and nothing on the hot. it's been this way for months. to be clear, the flow was never great, it kind just slowly falls out, almost like the water isn't on all the way (but it is). i figured it was my fault, but then i see all these reviews saying the same thing. this whole line Kenzo is JUNK.

Six years ago we remodeled our bathroom along with all appliances. We seen the Kenzo LG42-DF0C in chrome and thought it would be perfect, what a total disappointment it turned out to be. At first it worked great, the way you would expect, but as time went by the water started to go away. Honestly, I wish I could but I cannot recommend this product but frankly, Pfister should be embarrassed by this product and remove it from their inventory

Beautiful Faucet.... too bad the hot water doesn’t work

Do not purchase this faucet. We have four of these installed in our house. One by one the hot water has stopped working. Cold water still works. Analysis by our plumber indicated the blockage is due to the narrow tubes leading into the faucet as the flow of hot water is exceptional until it hits the faucet. Options are limited to buying new faucets hopefully without the same flaw and install them which will be an almost $2,000 lesson or learn to live with no hot water in sinks. Very disappointed.

The lever activated drain plug system is poor. Wish this shaped faucet had the pop up hand activated drain stopper as most of your other bathroom faucets do. Finally bought hand activated drain stoppers for all three bathroom sinks.

Faucet is excellent, stopper pull up handle is poorly designed and coating easily scraped off during installation. They should have used a pop-up stopper and done away with the stopper handle due to the tight angle. I have kept the unit as it is very unique.
