Fine quality fixtures

The Townsend faucet and pop up are of a quality that I haven't seen for years. The heavy metal construction reminds me of the Am Stand from years ago, but updated in modern technology with cartridges instead of washers. The pop up which is usually an afterthought in most lavatory sets is really beautiful and well designed and constructed. Even the box that it came in was heavy duty and well wrapped. It was a pleasure to present it to my customer. She was thrilled.

Great look and faucet

We have been pleased with many of our American Standard Faucets and keep going back to them due to the quality and ease of finding parts when needed. Our only challenge ever was on another one of their products and it was our fault for using the wrong cleaner on them, so I would purchase again without any hesitation

Beware...3 faulty faucets in a row!! Find another model or brand!

First of all, Build.com's customer service has been great through the whole ordeal, so I can't blame them. They've been very helpful! However, we have received 3 defective faucets in a row, all with multiple, different issues, over the course of the last.2 weeks. I'm not sure what the problem is with this particular faucet and the manufacturing process, but the defects span several areas, from functional to cosmetic. Our bathroom remodel fixtures have all been American Standard and the other items have been great. But now I'm stuck trying to find another faucet that goes with everything else, as the LAST step in finishing this remodel.

We got it in polished nickel and absolutely love the clean lines and simplicity. It is easy to use for all ages and looks great!

Beautiful

This is a beautiful, high quality elegant piece with excellent water flow. It looks spectacular with my bath vanity. This is the first polished nickel finished I've purchased and I'm hooked on this finish! Polished nickel is more expensive but it adds the pop I was looking for in this half bath. You will need to purchase escutcheon separately.

No better faucet to go with American Standard washstand.

Beautiful faucet. I looked at hundreds of faucets including my favorite Kohler models. But none looks right compared to this American Standard model. The designers really crafted a faucet that is simple a streamlined like the American Standard washstand. Don't get the washstand without this faucet.

Cleaning, quality

Nice heavy quality. Adds a modern feel to my bathroom. Works fine so far. It does require a lot of wiping to remove water spots because this faucet does have a lot of flat surface area. I wipe all mine constantly anyway so no big deal, but if your not a regular faucet polisher then skip this one because it won’t look good covered in water spots. This faucet also has a longer reach, which some this style don’t, meaning your water will barely reach the sink.Just be sure to do your measurements when buying this type of faucet.

Beautiful and Useful

This faucet has a nice high spout. The lift for the drain cover is concealed to keep the stylish form of the fixture. It is ADA compliant so even arthritic hands can easily use this faucet. The water pressure is hard and even. Great choice if you like a more contemporary or modern look.

Just what we needed

Fits perfectly into a 1920's era home!

As you read, this faucet fits seamlessly in a 1920's remodel we are working on! Which is great because we really want to keep the character of the house. Great size as well! Not too small but not too big. We got the Legacy Bronze finish, and wow--GORGEOUS!
