The mounting plate doesn’t match the living mechanism.

Super easy to program. Everyone in the house has their own unique code. We can set a temporary code and then erase it when we are done with it.

It seems like someone could just pull off the lock from the outside. Is this possible?

I ordered this product because it had favorable reviews. I picked it up at the store and brought it home for installation. The product was worthless!! All the parts functioned well except the most critical part, that of the gears moving the bolt in and out. The bolt only goes halfway, for locking and unlocking. This product was right out of the box, complete lemon! Now I am out $70.00 and no keypad lock for the door.

Disappointed I waited so long to finally have these delivered and one of the locks is missing the remote. We just had them installed a few days ago and so far they are working just fine but not happy about missing a piece.

The pin on one side of the lock was to short to connect with the hole in the other side. So the lock could not function properly.

Malfunctioned after 5 months

Was installed on Christmas Eve, worked fine for the most part, sometimes it wouldn’t lock but we figured we hit the wrong button. Wrong. The entire time the lock mechanism was getting stuck. Here I am almost 5 months later and now the deadbolt malfunctions every time. I have to use my key which is the entire reason I bought a lock like this. It will halfway unlock the deadbolt then stop. Extremely frustrating.

These are great! Glad I purchased. Easy to install, work great, look great! Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the directions could be better, I had to disassemble then reassemble a time or two. Everything is in pictures these days, add more written instructions for us left brainers!
