Well made and a necessity if you have the 2 light 6" diameter exterior light fixture. Good solid feel plus a snug fit to keep rain out. Removes easily for changing out light bulbs.

Expensive, but you need these if you don't want to be changing bulbs all the time.

In my opinon these are expensive for what they are, though they are better made than i expected. There are metal and glass and come packed very well. I have 10 unprotected and several more protected (under cover) lights. Many of the unprotected ones when it rained really hard would burn bulbs. I lived with this for 2.5 years before searching for this accessory, boy am i glad i purchased. They installed cleanly, work great and after the last storm, no burnt bulbs. IMHO you dont need top and bottom, top is sufficient enough to keep weather out but you will still get bugs and spiders inside from underneath. But since spiders and bugs dont cause burnt bulbs, at least for me, Top was all i needed and though expensive was well worth the cost.

The lens were easy to insert and look great for a clean finished look.

Easily snapped on to Kichler lighting 9244AZ 12 inch 2 light incandescent outdoor wall mount. Only bought one for the top to keep rain out. Wonder why this doesn't come with fixture which is the reason why I took one star off. Otherwise, fit was snug.
