Wrong lights
The lights were much lighter than my previous sturdy lights. However, the main reason I am giving a poor rating is the poor customer service to return the lights. You will only get AI- no human will speak with you.

Poor base quality
They look great but they break at the base way too much for the price of these lights. Come up with a better design.
Poorly designed
Very dissatisfied with these lights. They look great but the piece that holds the light to the stake is fragile, especially in winter. As they broke we would have them replaced to keep the same design. Unfortunately, we have to consider replacing the whole set. Not impressed.

Broken Base Attachment Bracket
The aluminum base-attachment bracket breaks very easily. 3 of the 17 units installed now have broken bases. Kichler needs to strengthen the base-attachment design.

We have had nothing but problems with these fixtures. The brass part of the fixture is of high quality, but the connection point to the base is the 'weak link'. It is connected via a thin piece of poor quality metal, which breaks due to any movement, or just the weight of the brass itself. The fixture is top heavy, so breaks off, or at minimum tilts. We plan on replacing all of them. Very frustrating.

Not sure why the other reviews are low as we've installed hundreds of these and never had an issue. Our customers love it!
Contemporary pathway light, installed them at garden locations instead of pathway, and they looks perfect!
Poor Quality
I purchased 12 of these for my property and within just a few months I have to replace 4 of them. The product is way too fragile - the lightest touch causes the arm to break from the stem.
These suck
Slightest force on the light snaps the cheap bracket that attaches to the stake. It would be easily replaceable, but Kichler refuses to sell it. After purchase 20 of these, I’m throwing them away, switching brands, and will not allow kichler products on my projects in the future.

Having to repair these quite often. They snap off above the stake. Pot metal is brittle and thin.
