i love it, not something i would have done on my own my thou, my cousin who worked installing interiors for 40 years did it and it turned out beautifully my only complaint is i wish the rain shower head extended out anoth 5 inches,, other than that its a really well made product i still give it 5 stars and they could add a digital read out of water temp

Overall good, But

Over all, the shower system was a nice upgrade from the one we had. It was relatively easy to install but you really need to plan ahead and have the lines properly configured. If you don't know how, call a plumber. My one critique is the symbols on the selection knob are hard to see. I had to use a white pencil to rub the symbols just so they would be easier to see.

Don't forget to measure the space!

This item was shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. I regret that I did not read the description more carefully and would have then surmised that the item could not be mounted on the existing shower was due to the type of wall stone, moreover, although really convenient with all those shower heads, it is easily 41/2 to 5 feet long. The process for returning this item was really easy through Overstock's site. This is the second time I have ordered from Overstock but it won't be the last.
