Comfort level gone after 2 years

I do not recommend this mattress as the comfort level is out the window at 2 year mark. The cost does not justify the lack of durability. I feel the mattress is no longer supportive in the middle and the sides most used. This mattress cannot be flipped. I wake to a lot of aches and pains, especially to back and hips which hurt throughout the day. This is not an economical choice. I always bought Sealy, but their workmanship is no longer stellar.

Bad decision on my part.

Horribly uncomfy. After 25 years, we replaced our Temperpedic bed and got this one. Neither my husband or I could get a good nights sleep. I was sorry I didn’t buy a bed from Costco as they don’t charge a restocking fee.

So Far So Good

Replaced my memory foam mattress after 10 years was looking for a firmer mattress since I’m usually a stomach and side sleeper. Went to actual Macys store to check this out and it was exactly the one i was looking for. This is my first hybrid mattress and plan to make it last for another 8-10 years. It is firmer than i thought but that’s what i was looking for hopefully they last long.

very hard

This Patterson style medium firm mattress was delivered yesterday. It is very hard. I woke up over and over during the first night. My back, hip, and shoulder were in pain when I got out of bed. All day I have had twinges of ongoing pain. I can’t imagine trying to sleep on it again. I’m unsure how anyone with back issues could stand to sleep on this bed.

A great mattress

Everything from order to delivery to first several nights of sleeping have gone well. I added the Pillow Guy's mattress topper Macy's sells. By my 5th night sleeping I feel right at home. I recommend this purchase if you're considering it.

This is false advertising. When I ordered this mattress, this is the photo with adjustable base. When they delivered, they delivered with a box spring and told me that is what I ordered.

destroys your back and hips and life…

This bed is the absolute worst choice I could gave made. I have always been very easy when it came to beds and been happy with many beds in my life but this one I spent the most money money on has wrecked my back a year. My husband developed a lot of pain as well and he has never ever had back issues to any degree. horribly overpriced bed and i just caution you if this is a nominee for you…. go with another choice or else you will be on a heating pad popping advils wishing you headed my warning. and can i say again …. what a ripoff price even at the sale price…how could i get do taken thinking it must be wonderful …. so so wrong.

Horrible Customer Service if something goes wrong

Purchase from anywhere but Macy's. This was the second time I purchased this mattress. First one was great and delivered on time without issues. This one had a toxic smell and it took two weeks for them to exchange it. The first crew that delivered entered my home like the mattress was a battering ram. The complained about having to take it upstairs when that was made clear at the time of purchase and via a phone call to the delivery department. They scratched my ceiling and knew I had freshly painted walls. The smarted off to me and rolled their eyes so much that a contractor working in my home wanted to address the issue. Then one guy ran down the stairs unsupervised and slapped his dirty hands on the wall, leaving hand prints. The story goes on and I was still dealing with issues on 12/23/26. I haven't received all the compenstation promised yet. This started before Thanksgiving, it's now after Christmas.

Would not buy again

I would not buy this mattress unless you really like a hard mattress. My back hurt laying on it until I bought a three inch tempurpedic mattress pad. That fixed the back pain so I kept the mattress. It costs money to return it.

Toxic Smell

The mattress has a very toxic smell. This is the second one I ordered in 3 months. The first one didn't "stink". I have requested a replacement, but it's a 10 day window rather than right away. I was told they are made to order and sometimes need to air out. I'm not buying that. The delivery of the mattress was horrible. I find it very difficult to speak with someone in the USA when an issue like this happens which makes it more frustrating.

SO VERY HOT MY BACK IS BURNING

This mattress is so well made and I got such a great price.. BUT I have never slept on a hot mattress before. I have seen this written about but never had the experience. WELL WOW.. My back and bottom or whatever side is on the mattress for more than a few minutes almost starts to almost burn the heat is so noticeable. Will have to regretably return it.

Sleeps comfortably

Sleeps very comfortably. Used on an adjustable bed and (as of now) it works great. Very comfortable sleep. But each person has their own hardness comfort. Test it in the store before purchasing. I am glad I did.

perfect balance of cushioning and support

I don't sink in too much nor does it offer so much resistance it gives pressure points. Body heat dissipates quickly without me having to move. It's the first in a long time I've woken without stiffness and aches and overheating, and I wish I got this mattress sooner.

Hard

This is probably the worst bed we’ve ever purchased. It is hard and both of us toss and turn and wake up with shoulder and hip pain from sleeping on it. It is not good for side sleepers at all, as it’s been advertised. In one months time we have already bought a 200.00 topper for it which is not doing much for it. The bed is that hard! Another thing is it now squeaks when you get up. And to top it all off I already see a slight indentation starting in only a months time. I’m so disappointed in this bed. I can’t think of a single good thing about it. I wish I had my old bed back.

Cloud 9

I bought this mattress for my 9 year old because she wanted a cozy bed like mine. I must say, it's very close. This mattress is soft yet firm. It's like sleeping on a firm cloud. It has great support while you're body sinks into a comfortable position, making it easy to fall asleep. I've fallen asleep several times while reading bedtime stories...lol

Seal Hybrid Paterson comfy

Only had this for a few weeks but I really like it. Firm but not hard. Will probably add a topper for a little more "cushion" but very satisfied with this Sealy hybrid Paterson. I searched for months, was very leary of buying online without being able to try it. Went to a local mattress store, found what I liked best, researched and found they use different names for different stores. Anyway, got the mattress and a free adjustable base with delivery and set up for a great price.

Sea!y Patterson 12" Hybrid Mattress

This mattress is as advertised. It is a true medium firm. This is my first hybrid, thought I would need to get used to it or have a break in period...,such was not the case. It seems to get better after 2 weeks of use. There was no "new" odor as other mattress reviewers had experienced . This unit seems very even in support from left to right, top to bottom. It was a special order, so I had to wait three weeks (was worth it). Now if the mattress has good longevity, I could not have made a better choice

Love this mattress, great value!

This mattress is really balanced, soft and comfy, but fairly firm with a bit of spring. Feels like it's built to last. Also got the power base to go with this mattress, which was so worth a little extra. Really helpful for acid reflux, reading, waking up, and getting up (especially for disabilities).

Great Hybrid Posturpedic Mattress

we replaced our 6 year old pillow top with this mattress and we love it! I got the medium firm mattress and this was perfect because we still get firmness with softness for keeping our posture. The mattress softened up after 3 days and it is perfect, we love it. It is a very well made mattress! we love it!!
