It was challenging to find the oil rubbed bronze colour at retail stores and was very pleased to find a several varieties of bathroom accessories at Wayfair. Yay Wayfair!

We damaged one of the mounting brackets. It was our fault, no attempt at a warranty claim. Just wanted to purchase a replacement bracket. Customer service refused. They said we needed to buy a complete new towel bar. We'll never buy anything Moen in the future.

Quality chrome

I purchased three of these MOEN Kingsley towel holders in hopes they would coordinate with my expensive Kohler Artifacts faucet and tub spout and they look great together, and I like the style better than the Artifacts towel bar. The chrome is a really rich looking chrome. I am so happy. I just wish MOEN offered a 12" towel bar because I have a small space that needs one.

I recently renovated my bathroom and decided to purchase both the 24-inch and 18-inch Kingsley towel bars. The 18-inch bar is perfectly placed above the toilet for hand towels, while the 24-inch bar is installed along the wall for bath towels. My contractor did an amazing job with the installation and the end result is perfect. The Kingsley towel bars have added a stylish touch to my bathroom and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This is a nice towel bar, and it matches our faucet set, as well as the TP holder, and double wall hook. We love the brushed nickel - doesn't show water drops like chrome does, important to us for our airbnb guests. Easily holds two folded towels and looks nice on the wall under the window.

Moen makes good products. Easy way to upgrade my bathroom. I like that the mounting brackets are small and minimally invasive.
