This item’s guts are mixed between nickel and brass, which are threaded together. Cartridge went bad after a year. Mainly bc the brass cartridge is threaded to a nickel nut that seized so bad ot was now one piece of metal (see pic) You really do get what you pay for. This is a perfect example of using a fancy name that sounds like they have been around forever in the usa when in reality they are a brand new company that uses inferior chinese factories to make a sub par product. Avoid and spend the extra money for moen or delta

We ordered these faucets in oil rubbed bronze. They are beautiful. My only complaint is that these faucet cartridges turn as if they are lever handles instead of knobs. My expectation was that these knobs would turn the same direction similar to other knob type Fossett handles I have used.
