Poor design
The faucet has water supply lines attached . . . that's the problem. I have installed four other 4" centerset faucets and they all let you go select you own supply lines. The two lines plus the anchor screw on this faucet will not fit through a normal sized 4" centerset opening. I took it to Home Depot and Lowe's and tried it on their floor displays. There's a 90% chance you will have to get your sink modified (re-drilled) to get the thing to fit. Plus, the end of each supply line is a 1/2" male lead. This has to be attached to an intake valve that is almost always male and usually 3/8". Since you have to attach one line to the hot intake and one line to the cold intake, the coupler must have free-turning nut. Good luck finding a coupler for this. I emailed the people who manufactured this lemon and they acknowledged both problems. Be ready to pay a SWAT team of pumbers to do the installation.

A bathroom remodel was made easy with this faucet. I wanted polished brass fixtures and they are hard to find. I also wanted a centerset-single hole design. This faucet fit all my requirements. It is well construced and my plumber had no problem with installation. You can use it with or without the base plate. I used it without the plate-less area to collect water and clean. It operates smoothly and it also swivels from left to right. I am completely satisfied with this faucet
