Very hard to put together

Works perfect for what is needed.

Easy to assemble and hang . Nice quality.

Do not buy! It is flimsy, wobbly, and the hardware will barely support the weight of itself. It completely fell from the ceiling & wall once we hung the shower curtain! Poor craftsmanship & design. It's for looks only and is not for practical use!

Absolute garbage. It bends when you put the curtains to one side and it will fall from ceiling if curtains are open at one end. Horribly made and cheap.

I would send this rod back if I could. Not easy with all the little parts.

It's not installed yet but when I put it together it seems like it will move more than I want, we will see more when it is installed.

Fits a narrow dimension, but is itself thin.

I was relieved to find this shower ring, which is narrow enough to look right with my unusually narrow (26" wide) antique clawfoot tub. However, the two supports are not adequate for keeping the frame from tilting under the weight of a plastic + relatively lightweight fabric shower curtain. (In photo, see rod tilting downwards on right-hand side of tub, where the colorful fabric curtain is -- and where we have yet to install an additional upright support. The left-hand side of the tub already has an extra support in place.) We ended up deciding to make use of two additional upright connecting rods from a previously purchased shower ring set (which looked awful, because at 30" it was way too wide for our tub). However, the female connecting piece from the previous (overly wide) shower rod is much bigger in diameter than the thin rod from the current shower ring -- which gives us the impression that the new one is more cheaply made. (See photo of connecting piece. A close-up reveals the space between the rod and the surrounding ring attachment.) Nevertheless, with the use of a screw to hold the rod in place, this arrangement will work for us. So if you are in need of a narrow-sized shower ring, I would recommend purchasing this one, along with another set that one would hope would be inexpensive; that way, the hole for supporting the rod would probably end up fitting this one better! Hope this helps.
