Well Built Stools

We really like the Klemens Counter Stools. From the frame to the fabric, they are very high quality. They are wider than most stools giving better support than other stools we have had, and the contoured back is very comfortable. We recently listed our house for sale, and we actually had people inquire about the stools (not the house) on multiple occasions.

I love them! They are firm but comfortable, provide a classic but updated look, sturdy, well manufactured, easy to clean and the wood mixes well with oak and walnut!

These stools are just okay. On the plus side, they are super comfortable and sturdy and the linen/not linen weave is very nice. But the wood finish looks...well...unfinished. It's rough and not evenly stained. I'm going to have to figure out some touch up. The pre-insterted nails had very sharp (sharp enough to cut skin) heads. And the stools came unassembled, even though it is advertised as assembled. Joss and Main customer service was impeccable in addressing the unassembled issue; they were right on it. It arranged local service and paid for it. It's definitely a vendor issue.

I've been looking at these chairs for awhile and the store I was talking to wasn't helpful with providing information at all. Regardless, I found them on eBay and love them as much as I thought I would!

Beautiful Clean Design

These chairs are simple elegance and look beautiful in our new home. I looked at hundreds of stools and chairs, but they were not unique like this one. These chairs are comfortable and the linen fabric is the perfect finish.

Ordered three of these barstools. Two of the three were missing parts. One Seat Cushion had a stain on it upon opening the package. Contacted Overstock one week ago. I was told by Overstock that missing parts would be shipped within two business days. Parts were never shipped. Whats worse, I discarded the packaging believing what was told to me. Very poor Customer Service. Bad decision purchasing from Overstock. Poor Customer Service, Waisted Time, and Poor Communication.
