I was testing thing valve with either hot or cold on and using sharkbites to hold the valves closed that weren't yet plumbed. DO NOT DO THIS. Make sure you have both hot AND cold connected to the valve. It is 'differential' so it doesn't work if only one is connected

Priced right & quality product. Proud to have Kohler inside my walls. As a homeowner, I considered no other option than Kohler in my new bathroom tub/shower. Obviously this is behind the wall, so I cannot see it, but the performance is perfection, and I'm glad to know Kohler quality is fueling the water performance.
