Picture/Desc misleading, purple not red

The color of this rug is completely different from the picture, it is definitely very purple and not red, it also bleeds quite a bit when washed as it dyed a few shop towels it got washed with.

BEWARE- This rug is NOT red at all. It is more like a subdued mauvy brownish red. Not like the picture at all, but the quality is good. . I am keeping it as I didn't want to pay shipping to ship it back and they want it in the same package that would be IMPOSSIBLE to get it back into. They have a warning to "not cut the rug out of the packaging sideways by slitting the length of the plastic" - and the rug will just slide out. Not true at all - my husband could not get the rug out of the packaging that was shrinkwrapped around it - UNLESS he cut the length of the plastic.

LOVE, LOVE this rug! I was looking for something with a low pile but soft to go in my dining room. And this rug is perfect. Just needs some rug tape over tile or wood surfaces. Have not washed it yet but, so far, stains have come out easily by scrubbing.

Too brown

Returned it because it was a lot more brown than the pictures showed

The colors look great in the space, I love the design. The stitching around the rug is white and looks cheap. It's a reasonably priced rug even considering that.

Way diff color

The actual color of this rug is a much more deep purple maroon red color. I was surprised that it was softer to the touch that I was expecting. However, because of a pretty noticeable snag in the fabric and the major color discrepancy, I will be returning.
