You don't know how much you need this faucet until you have it - it looks good all the time, no spots, and eliminated the need for a separate reverse osmosis tap so my sink area doesn't look cluttered. The separate reverse osmosis line built into the faucet is one of this world's greatest inventions, trust me!

Nice Faucet Unfortunately Workmanship is Poor

Faucet paint wore off after 2 years of normal use. No hard cleaners or excessive use at all, generally used in a 2 person house hold. Product is nice until then, then paint slowly chips off. Krauss only warrants 1 year so they put it on you after that unfortunately.

Nice faucet!

Wow this faucet is great. I like the height of it. Its tall but not too overwhelming. The sensor is very easy to use and in a convenient location. The matte black and stainless finish holds up very well. No complaints here

poor quality plastic parts ruin the aesthetic.

purchased and installed this faucet four months ago. worked and looked great at the start. two months later my sprayer head starts a slow leak at the ball pivot. another two months and now the sprayer hear falls off when pulled from the holding mount. small plastic retaining clip around ball joint wore out. no longer holds back water or the head sprayer.

Looks great but...

We had this installed during a complete kitchen remodel. We have used it for 2 years now, but about 3onths ago, the piece that you push to change from stream to spray broke. It isn't like you push it very hard to switch it. So now what? We saved the piece but it doesn't look like it can be reattached.

Sensor stopped working after 6 months

Senor stopped responding, replaced the batteries but did not help. Senor does not shut off water for hot water, only works for cold water. Got a replacement control box via warranty. Quite expensive product that works for only 6 months. I also placed an order for the optional AC adapter, and the shipping cost as much as the AC adapter itself.

Poor quality on faucet button

Bought this faucet for my kitchen remodel last summer. After a little over one year of use, the plastic button (which we now see is held on with two flimsy plastic posts) has broken right off. In my mind, a higher-end faucet should last longer than one year. Now I have to push on the sharp edges of the broken off button in order to change the stream from full to spray. Not happy

Do not let the low price dissuade you from purchasing...

I have bought a lot of faucets over the years, and you get what you pay for is true when it comes to kitchen or any household faucets. Time will tell with my Kraus Chrome Bolden, but I have a good feeling about this. Fit, finish and quality all appear to be here, there is nothing "cheap" about these Krause products, as a low price point would suggest. Yes, the spray head is plastic, but after using it for a bit, I believe most purchasers will not mind this, I certainly do not. I also bought the base plate designed for this faucet, as it does not come with one, and the matching cold water dispenser. This is a fantastic product for the money and will not "cheapen" or lessen your kitchen experience. Very impressed.

I can NEVER go back!

Oh my goodness. I don't think you realize how much technology in a faucet makes a difference, till you go to a house with a different faucet and forget how to turn it on. I am in love with the options with this faucet. Pull-down is huge bonus for those larger pots, and changing the pressure of water. Touchless?!?!? I can never get over that. The other day I visited my parents house and realized I was standing there for a good minute waiting for the water to turn on when I waived my hand by it. Awkward. Love this quality of faucet and touchless feature. Height is just perfect beneath our cabinets as well!

Quality is top notch; sensor works great!

The touches sensor model is relatively new but based on the positive reviews for the Bolden line I purchased this faucet and installed it myself. I am really impressed with the quality of the faucet, especially for the price. It's hard to justify spending $200-300 more for a Delta or Moen touchless unit (this one is replacing a manual Deltra Trinsic) when the Kraus unit is just as nice. I was a bit wary about the sensor operation since it is new to Kraus but it has been working flawlessly since I installed it a couple weeks ago. Note that there is an optional AC adaptor you can get (call Kraus customer service to order it) so you don't have to replace 4 AA batteries down the line. Overall very satisfied customer.

Top Quality, Gorgeous Design, and AMAZING Price

I bought the deep 24” laundry sink and the gorgeous faucet. I’m so impressed with the superb quality! The sink is very sturdy and beautifully designed. The packaging for shipping was awesome, too. My granite people even remarked at what a high quality sink this was. The faucet is very substantial and functions flawlessly. I love the fact they they include two different flow rates, even though I didn’t need the higher one.

TERRIFIC PRODUCT AND UPGRADE!

This was a terrific purchase decision and I replaced a 14 year old major competitor's faucet for my kitchen. Not sure what the competitor was thinking, but the replacement price for their (needed) spray head and hose was more than the Kraus! The Kraus design is excellent and the finish is outstanding. The Kraus design, quality and simplicity of installation was a joy. Their packaging was top shelf and the instructions - clear and to the point. You can tell a lot about a company by their packaging and Kraus takes great pride in their product. I especially love the easy switching between stream and spray on the spray head and the precision and pressure of the spray pattern. I installed this Kraus kitchen faucet myself and the hardest part was removing the exisiting faucet. Will definitely look to Kraus for my next faucet / fixture needs. Thank you Kraus!
