Operationally fantastic and the look of the faucet is elegant. I love how I can bounce back and forth between sinks spraying away plus the power options for water pressure. Just remodeled the kitchen and what a wonderful look on my new counters. We chose not to use the soap dispenser for a less cluttered look.

Touch less function super glitchy
Love the design and look of the faucet. Installation was easy. We could not get the touchless function to not be glitchy no matter what we tried. We’d use the handle and it would turn on for 2 seconds and immediately turn off. We got so frustrated we returned it and got the same faucet without the touchless option. Much happier now
I have not installed yet but based on first look, it is a gorgeous colour/finish, heavy and solidly constructed. I am excited to have it in my new kitchen.
Exactly like the one I had but after 10 plus years it needed to be replaced! I love it
There is no sensor light. The pictures and instructions state it had one. I thought we did something wrong, I called and the rep said it’s an error, there is no light
It works as described
Use your own AA batteries-expect to replace often.
Works well with increased water pressure. What I did not like about this product is that they include 4 - AA batteries and I feel they should not. I put this product together 100% correctly and water did not come out. After checking everything, I replaced these batteries and water immediately came out. Simply do NOT include batteries and make the customer put 4 fresh AA batteries in when they buy this product, and they will have no issues.

It’s really pretty and adds luxurious look to my kitchen. However, after only a few months of use, the faucet does not hold on to the top. I am not sure what to do at this point.

Very nice faucet, the gold color is a bit more bronzed gold, so 4 not 5 stars many gold products are like that though unfortunately
