The KRAUS Oletto kitchen faucet exceeded my expectations. I appreciate that the spray is directed straight down and does not spray out to the sides. The finish does not show spots and wipes clean with one pass of a dishcloth or towel.

I absolutely love this faucet now that it’s installed. Unfortunately, the install process was difficult. Even though the hole in my counter was drilled to the minimum specification required for this faucet, it was as if the hole was too small. I had to use the faucet base even though I did not want to, because otherwise I would not have been able to install this piece.

Ease of Use and it's a Good Looking focal point

I had this faucet in the house we just sold so I had to get it again for the new house. The biggest selling point for me was the ease of the pull out handle. It moves back and forth easily and stays in place. Easy to move between spray and stream. Very user friendly.

Short run time and leaks

I love the look of this faucet. I bought it mainly for the touch feature and design. As many others have mentioned, it does come with flaws. We have only had this faucet installed and in use for about 6 weeks. The most frustrating thing is that it constantly turns itself very quickly, so if you have dishes, pots, pans that require hand washing, get ready to have to constantly be turning the faucet back on. I wish there was a way to adjust the length of time it runs before turning off. I tried using the faucet in mechanical mode and it does not operate. No water will come on in mechanical mode. I tried just removing the batteries to turn it into a regular faucet, but it will not function. Additionally, it has started leaking from the sprayer button. Just constantly dripping while in use. I wish I had never purchased this faucet. My entire family hates it.

Disappointed in warranty request

I have purchased several Kraus products over the years. Recently we had the handle break off a kitchen faucet after only four months of use. I contacted Kraus for a warranty replacement. First they requested a copy of the order, which I provided. Next they asked for a photo of the water lines on the installed faucet. Next they requested a photo of the damaged handle. Five days after my initial contact and I still don’t have a resolution. If has felt like Kraus is doing everything to not send me a replacement part for free. In the past when I have had issues with Moen and Delta products they have provided replacement parts with very little information needed and the parts were always sent to me after the first contact. I will be skeptical or ordering Kraus products in the future based on this experience.

I really love this faucet! The water flows easily and smoothly…. (the one I had before this one turned on very forcefully, wetting your entire shirt!). The water hose feature makes it great for getting to those hard to reach places andor crevices! Also has a spray feature.

Nice style and feel, but one problem

I liked the style and feel of this faucet. I had one problem with it leaking from the 'head'. The manufacturer sent me a replacement head which didn't leak, but it wasn't the same size and it functioned differently. I no longer own the property, so don't know how it's held up over time.

We needed to reduce the flow of this faucet and company said they could not help us. There are internal flow constrictors and they failed to assist us. We figured it out, but as a building contractor, product support is a big part of our work. FAIL.

Easy to install but… lousy tech support

Beautiful & functional

Gorgeous faucet that functions as well as it looks!!! I loved the look of the elaborate coil around the faucet, but I was concerned that it would be hard to clean. Not so!!! It looks as good today as the day I purchased it!

Drip, drip, drip

I love this faucet. It looks great and operates well. After 18 months, the spray head began to drip and drip, and drip. I finally contacted Kraus and they replaced the spray head at no cost but I had to pay $15 shipping. Very easily installed, we were happy to have a new one. It immediately dripped from the first day used. Kraus is sending another spray head. If it happens again, I don't know what to do. I really like the faucet and I don't want to purchase another one.

I can reach all the corners of my new sink, the sprayer is awesome right at my fingertips not another fixture to engage. You will love this faucet do not wait to buy it like I did. Love the look & functionality of the faucet, but after 5 months it is leaking profusely & is not usable. That is unacceptable, especially for the high cost. The head keeps falling off & hose goes crazy squirting all over the place. I checked inside where the hose & head connect, no damage whatsoever. So so disappointing. I had to buy another, cheaper faucet to replace for the holiday weekend.

Bought this faucet in the matte black. Love it! I wanted a pull down faucet but one that had a little more modern feel. This one does not disappoint. I like the touchless on/off feature - especially when my hands are messy from cooking. Highly recommend.

Easy To Install and Looks Good Too

Great looking faucet and a breeze to install. I’ve installed many different makes/models of faucets as part of my trade and the few that I’ve done from the Kraus line have all been straight forward where one person can install with having to have another above sink holding the faucet in place. Another plus is that there was no need for any other specialty tools like a basin wrench. The design is a great modern look and the sprayer is an awesome addition.

Excellent faucet

I love this faucet. I returned the stainless steel and bought the polished chrome. The stainless looked more like polished nickel and didn’t match my existing stainless and chrome finishes. The faucet itself is great. It has a lot of pressure. The handle moves forward to accommodate a larger sink that sits closer to the backsplash which is nice but took some getting use to. I have it mounted on a dual mount sink that’s dropped in but will eventually be under mounted and the faucet will be reinstalled without the escutcheon plate. I like that there’s options for installation. This was the easiest faucet we’ve ever installed.

This install literally took no time at all. The faucet itself is a beautiful matte finish, which so far does not show obvious water stains. Unexpected bonus is the auto shift from the power water setting to the normal every time you turn off the water. No more surprise splashes for the next person turning it on! Very smooth pull down function, as well. 10 out of 10 for me, I am even thinking of switching out another faucet for this same style!
