This whisk does a better job than the ones I have had that have straight whisks. This one adds volume to whatever you are working with or just mixes up any food in no time at all. Yes it costs more than a lot of other brands but it works great!

Just great for whipping small amounts of cream, and egg whites. Does a great job of beating eggs. Don't know why I waited so long to get one!

I did not hold anything better in my hands. whip cream very quickly. Quite heavy, my former whisk weighs 45 grams, the weight of this - 90 grams, but in practice I realized that this is only a plus! Just consider, the bowl with the corners of the bottom does not fit, you need a more round bottom, since the volume of the ball is large, it does not reach deep corners! I really love it! It turns out a terrific custard, dough for pancakes, and much more! Highly recommend !
