Good that I was able to buy the latch separately to replace a damaged one , but the "universal " design of the latch is annoying to assemble .

Replacement for when they inevitably wear out, easy to install but then it should be for something so poorly designed.

The plates could not be snapped together as instructed. Had to rely on the mounting screws to hold it together.

Easy to install as replacement for my broken latch.

Buyer beware does not work with Schlage locks.

Simplely search on youtube, you will find many people complian about it. This latch will jam after 2 to 4 years of use, I already replaced 3 of it in my 5 years old home.

Cheaper than replacing handle!
