A Rough Go

The first time I bought this handle it arrived quickly. However the screws provided were not the right size and one broke in the handle. So I reordered this handle. This time it took weeks to arrive and then it was not the brushed metal I had ordered.

It's all about the look. These are the shape, contour, color, and quality that we wanted for our drawer pulls. We were willing to pay the price to get the items. Build.com has never let us down with quality, customer service, shipment, and a fair price. The only downside to these pulls is that they are outfitted with screws for cabinet pulls, with shorter installation screws. Drawer pulls require a longer screw so we had to make a quick trip to the hardware store. They look great on our drawers.

Discolors in under a year

We LOVED how these looked at first. We have had them over a year but I'm just getting around to writing the review - this started just a few months after installation, they started to discolor. I'm not sure if it is from spots where they got wet, because it is not necessarily the ones near the sink. Some of the discolored ones are in an area that doesn't get wet. Anyway very disappointing and strange.

Product did not come with screws to install

I really liked the product , BUT, buyer be ware, it did not come with the screws needed to install the pulls. Granted it said this in SMALL print in the description. However, I bought 3 other sets and they all came with the screws. This is an inconvenience and added expense.

Great size and feel to these handles. They look great as well and can act as towel racks if need be!
