A real shame

I have ordered 1000 pounds of tiles for my project and here is how I had been delivered!

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful tile

This tile is beautiful. A perfectly flat black concrete look to add a modern/simple touch. We put this on the base of a fireplace/hearth with a high gloss marble tile above it, it is stunning! The tiles are big, they come in boxes of 2. We did have 1 box come broken, but build is always so great at replacing items that don't arrive perfect.

I ordered this tile three times and they all arrived broken! Not even useable, completely shattered! I don't believe this tile is sold in store it was very disappointing to have to get an entirely new tile for our bathroom that is now 2 weeks behind. I'm surprised tile is not packaged or taken care of better for delivery. Customer service was wonderful though, when it came to returning the shattered pieces of tile.

Looks beautiful in our shower

We had this installed in our shower, the black and it’s absolutely beautiful! We are so happy with the quality of this product. We are going to redo behind our fireplace with it.
