Upside down plants

I was very disappointed when I opened the plant because the handlers dumped all the dirt out of it and what a mess to clean up some of the is on the plant also were broken. I don’t know if it’s gonna make it.

The plant arrived quickly, well packed and healthy. It looks beautiful in my office!

Poor Choice

Item arrived dried out, leaves yellowing and falling off, stems soft. Who ever chose this item really needs to be talked too, as an existing delivery client for many years, I am angered and disappointed; if I were a new client I would defintely be going back to Target.

There weren't any care instructions included. Right now, the bottom leaves are falling off without turning yellow first.

Madagascar dragon tree

the plant was advertised as being 36 inches but what i got today was 27 inches from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant, not happy about the size!!

The order specified around 4 days for delivery but FedEx mishandled and did not deliver them for more than 10 days. The plants arrived frozen to death and went into the dumpster.

This was my 3rd time ordering this tree n the 1st n 2nd were correct in right item and 3rd time i was sent a palm tree. Not good! Costa get it together there's been more mistakes lately I've noticed. Otherwise this is a great tree to have. Great price.
