Glad I managed to get one of these bad boys as stainless steel baking pans seem almost uncommon and unheard of in the US!

This pan has a very nice finish, and is very sturdy. One problem, they warp, mine warped the first time I used it. It got better, than it got worse. now its only usable for certain foods. I highly don't recommend them.

Bought in 2019, doesn't warp

I bought two of these, plus the extra large one, back in (I think) 2019. The regular size are heavy, beautiful, have a great mirror finish, and have never warped. The double- size one is assists to be laid its finish, which started right away...I think they are replacing these for people but I can't find my receipt.)

Really like them but they are sensitive to slight temperature variations on the sheet (e.g. baking cold fish) and can temporarily warp. Once they cool down, the warp subsides.

For baking, not for roasting or broiling

Nice sheet for baking. Heads up: Keep oven at baking temperatures, not roasting or broiling -- if oven too hot, pan will warp.

I purchased these due to

I purchased these due to the positive reviews I read about them. All said that they were heavy and did not warp during baking, even at high temps. They are heavy and appear to be well-made, but mine warped the first time I used them and have never returned to their original shape.

Disappointed

It's beautiful. And heavy. Which is why we were so surprised and disappointed that on our third or fourth use, it significantly warped while in the oven. Worse than any other baking sheet we've had. Then it did not flatten completely when it had cooled down. Also unlike any other baking sheet we've had. So, cancel the plans to order more.

I bought two of these, only used one so far. They are heavy, however, the one I've used did warp and it wasn't put in a 450 degree oven either.

Warping

I agree in part with the other reviews. They don't stick, they are mirror finished, they are kinda heavy, they Brown evenly. These are only used for baking mainly cookies. The problem they warp every time we have used them. They return to normal shape after they cool down just kinda irritating. Sometimes cookies are lopsided.

The Best Cookie Sheets Ever

I've had my cookie sheets for several months now and I use them all the time for more than baking cookies and biscuits. These cookie sheets are really nice and top quality. They clean up well and I haven't had any issues with cleaning off anything. They are solid and heavy so they don't warp. I have found some foods cook and brown more evenly in these cookie sheets than any other cookie sheet or pan I've ever used in the past. That was a surprise to me. I've never had biscuits to bake and brown more evenly before I baked them on these cookie sheets. If you want a quality cookie sheet, these are the ones for you, they're great!

We just received our cookie sheets and they are super nice. I was surprised how heavy they are!!!! My husband said you could use them for a mirror when you weren't baking with them!!! :) I baked with one yesterday and the food hardly stuck to the pan and the small cleanup was so easy. As always and true to Lehman's style....quality is top notch.

Hard to keep clean

Nice to finally find a stainless steel cookie sheet that does not have a non stick coating but it is really difficult to clean...?

Not solid stainless, plated junk, stay away.

All we used it for was to salt slices of eggplant before cooking. We have other stainless sheets that are nearly 40 years old that we have had no problem using this way, but they are smaller and we wanted to be able to do more at a time. This is now permanently stained and the surface appears to have been plated and the plating is pitted. Solid stainless would not do this.

The stainless steel baking sheet is very durable and attractive. It arrived in a very timely manner.
