The item looks really nice but when I went to remove it from the oven with a few stuffed peppers on it, the pan bent so don't try to remove from the oven unless you hold both sides of the pan.

I just purchased my third jelly roll pan. In the winter I use two for my humidifiers, and couldn't bear the thought of going another seaon without my pans. I've had the other two for a couple of years.
