We had this same sink in our old home for 12 years and it held up so well- when we moved this year to a builder pre build house we removed the installed sink and replaced it with the MGS-3018-1. I expect it to hold up as well as the first one *****

Big enough to wash small child.

We love to cook and having a divided sink to wash pots and pans did not work for us. We added a high faucet and now can wash any size pot we have. Also good for wading small children.

This sink is so nice and big. We just replaced a simple D-bowl sink with this sink and I can tell you what a difference. I had never heard of the Houzer brand and had really liked the Franke Orca but couldn't justify spending one thousand on a sink - this is a nice option. I was concerned that the sink would have that loud hollow sound when water ran - I can assure you that it does not. It is great. One thing to note is the front/back measurements since this sink was so big we couldn't use the sponge/tilt out compartment in the cabinet in the front of the sink. In fact, a more 'break front' style of sink cabinet may work better for this sink. Although, I don't have that cabinet design and I am still very pleased with it. Also - I didn't buy the wire grate that sits on the bottom but wish I had since it is already scratched (this will happen with any stainless sink).
