Higher price poor quality

This system has minimal water pressure and the hand held sprayer is made of cheap plastic. The price doesn’t live up to expectations. Thankfully it’s for use in a secondary bathroom.

Timeless and functional

Didn’t need something crazy or over the top. Super functional and transitional look. Happy with the selection.

I was excited to get the system and found it to be of quality and so did my plumber until he tried to install the handheld shower. He was not able to use it and we even called customer service. I ended up having to return in and scramble to get another .

Two leaks in two years

I purchased this for a bathroom remodel less than two years ago. During the initial installation, the handheld was leaking constantly and a new diverter valve was sent under the warranty. Now, two years later, we had water coming through the ceiling below. After opening up the drywall, we can see that the pipes and plumbing lines are not leaking and my plumber expects that it's the same issue that we had originally, just behind the walls. GREAT!

Not recommended.

Although it is an attractive piece, the handheld part is cheap plastic and the water coming out of it has no pressure. The large shower head portion works fine though. I would not recommend this at all. We wish we had purchased a less expensive one since it would have most likely worked better than this one.

Not approved for use in Massachusetts

This product like is not approved for compliance in MA. If you have a stickler for an inspector and they ask for proof of compliance, you will not be able to find it. You will then have to rip and replace your valves. Ask me how I know.... Apparently Signature doesn't want to jump through the hoops to be approved in MA.

They have installed part of it, installing tile today and tomorrow. Hopefully it’s starting to look like a bathroom again, it was a total remodel. The vanity not installed yet , can’t wait.

Some is good, some is bad

We purchased two of these systems from Build.com. We had called the customer service line, and this is the product they recommended for us. We also had noticed the rain head was rather small, so we purchased two larger Grohe pieces to use instead.

Shower head keeps getting plugged

I was thrilled that my bathroom remodelers chose this shower head combo in my new walk-in shower. However, I have had to have plumbers come clear debris out of the head that was causing leaks. Love the look but the head needs to be redesigned. I am going to need to replace the head as the plumbers are getting to be too blasted expensive. I live on a very fixed income and am still paying for the shower remodel so cannot even afford a new shower head.
