The Lavinia mini pendant

I LOVE this unusual pendant but my spouse needed more light facing downward on the counter for prep work. It’s a beautiful light fixture except for the canopy that you see is sometimes flush with the ceiling on some other pendants. This one has a canopy that is not flush but projects about 2” from the ceiling. I could live with it bc the pendant is cool. It is not task lighting since the light bulb does not face downward but out to the sides. The brightness is ~the same as a 40 watt bulb

Simple but stunning

Brian at lightingnewyork was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable. Bought along with 3 light chandelier for new house dining area. Glass has small bubbles in glass. After a couple of years, the glass became foggy inside. Called the company and they said it cannot be fixed. They look good when lit

Not functioning as a dimmer pendant

Design is advertised as “dimmable”, but they won’t even turn on unless you’re at the highest dimmer setting. I tried 2 different High- priced dimmers, and had an electrical guy come out who confirmed it’s a faulty design with the light itself. Disappointing because it’s a beautiful light, but for this $200 + price tag, definitely better options out there. Also worn mentioning is the HUGE external can. It doesn’t sit flush with the ceiling, which we didn’t like. This can not be adjusted, and is a bit of an eye sore.

Happy with purchase

I am overall happy with item. Appearance is same as seen on-line. However I don't care for the large base where the pendant light attaches to the ceiling. It hangs down low and is rather cumbersome in appearance. But love the light itself.

Not to bad lights

Well made lights but did not go with my bathroom so I return them.
