The sprayer isn't really like the pictures

I think everybody who buys a faucet like this wants a good spray head. In the pictures they show you a full circle of water spray, just like it should be. But what you really get is two little collections of a few nozzles spraying out two skinny streams of water that don't do much at all. It's basically worthless. We'd send it back but paying somebody to replace it, after already paying to have it installed, would make it too expensive for a kitchen faucet.

Like the look and features of this touch kitchen faucet. Reason for four stars is that after touching the faucet off, it would have a slow drip. Contacted company & they sent correct part for repair. Works perfectly now.

Unsatisfied homeowner

The first two faucets came with defects and we had to reorder. The third came and is fully satisfactory. Build.com and Ferguson said they would reimburse us for the two extra plumber visits we had to pay for. More than a month later we're still waiting for this. I like the faucet, and thought the two Ferguson employees we've dealt with were fine, but the overall experience has been unacceptable, since they still owe us the promised refund.

The valve does not turn off.

The long reach is great! The lower arc is nice. The pot scrubber spray is surprisingly effective. The valve is a TOTAL failure. You have to turn it off at the precise hot/cold location or the water continues to run. If your position is slightly off you cannot simply adjust the temperature setting. You must turn it back on, guess at a new temperature, and try again. It appears to be a design failure that should have never made it into production. 2 years old and we are replacing it.

Loving my new faucet! Purchased with my new sink and it works beautifully and is very nice looking! I love the pull down sprayer which has a cool feature that gives different spray styles! Very cool!!

The finish is not durable

I am disappointed with this product. When new it looked really nice and matched well with our sink. However, within 12 months, the finish at the bottom was totally gone and now getting rusted. You can look at the photo. I do not recommend this product

We had this type of Delta Leland faucet before but as time came to replace it, we opted for an updated version of it. I really like the splash guard on the new faucet as this is very practical and controls too much water splashing around the sink. We immediately saw the results by wiping less around the sink. The pull out feature has improved and I effortlessly can pull the faucet down for rinsing a smaller area of the sink. Overall, the initial impression of this faucet we got from a week of using it is favorable.

Replacement Delta Kitchen Faucet

Overall a good product. Looks great. Very easy to install. No issues, no leaks. One change I would recommend is go back to earlier version of spray nozzle. The “shield spray” is gimmicky at best and ineffective. It significantly reduces the effectiveness of the spray mode.

Good faucet

Really good faucet, I like the look of it and the fact that it has a sensor. The only things are that it is very sensitive to turing from cold to hot and the slightest movement of the handle turns cold water to scaling hot. Also if you want to use the touchless setting then it’s best of you have a stainless steel sink and marble countertop otherwise you must turn the touchless setting to less sensitive which doesn’t work as well. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

Easy install, plus surprisingly good spray functions.

The Delta Leland Single Handle in Chrome worked out great. We had the same model for ten years, had replaced the cartridge a few times in the last one. I tried to replace the cartridge again, but the allen screw was not coming out this time. The new Leland has an upgraded spray pattern that we were unsure of first, but turns out to work better than the former model. Replacement was easy, as all parts are otherwise the same.

You have to turn it off just right so it won’t drip. The new head design is awkward. The spray is less powerful since the holes are only in certain places and not in the middle at all. The one meant to rinse dishes has hardly any power. I like the old one better but that’s just me. The material seems less substantial as well.

By a recommendation from my son I bought this kitchen faucet. I had it installed by my plumber and have loved using it since then. Looks great and so much more convenient to use when preparing food items. No worrying about getting the faucet contaminated when handling meat or chicken. Easy to clean out the sink with the pull down nozzle and different spray selections. It was a bit on the high side for pricing but so far I feel that it was worth that extra amount.

Very Pleased

I've had a dripping faucet in my kitchen for at least two years. Tried to fix it but the set screw had stripped. Decided to finally replace it with this one. I chose this faucet since it was a similar style as the old one (although better looking) and IT IS NOT MADE IN CHINA! The hard part of the installation was getting the old faucet out. This faucet was an easy install with one exception. The directions that came with it covered several different style faucets and part of my faucet's installation was not covered. It has a pull-out nozzle with a weight and clamp but the directions didn't mention that. Because it came with extra parts for different types of installations I had to figure out this part of the installation. Wasn't hard but if the directions had covered the right faucet it would have been easier.

I followed the instructions for installation to the letter. Once installed, the faucet began to leak at the handle. I tried tightening the cartridge without any luck. I then called Delta’s service number. They told me a few things to try, but again still leaking. Called Delta back. They decided that the valve cartridge was defective and shipped me a new one. Received the part about a week later. Worked perfectly. We love the faucet and it’s features. The leaking was unexpected. Once again, love everything about the faucet, just hope it lasts.

Install was easy and fitment was good. It come with multiple ways to mount, so you have options to suit your placement. Overall functionality is great with multiple water functions that will work for different needs. The retraction and seatment of the head is nice and firm. It looks great with our 40/60 farm sink. The only reason I didnt give it a full 5 stars is because time will only tell if it deserves it. Otherwise I totally recommend it.

Defective Product

Bought this faucet during a kitchen remodel. Within 6 months the handle started leaking when left in the "open" position. I called Delta and they sent a replacement cartridge to fix the leak. I spent money to have my plumber install the new piece. Almost immediately the handle began to leak again. I would come into the kitchen in the morning and my entire island would be covered in water and spilling onto the floor. Stopped using the touch feature and just closed the handle like a normal faucet to prevent leaking and it is now leaking with the handle closed too. Also, the magnet component that retracts the head of the faucet back into the arm has completely rusted out and disintegrated after a year of use. Delta is now sending me more parts (in lieu of a replacement faucet) and refuses to acknowledge that I received a poor product.

This is a beautiful faucet. Absolutely love the touch feature and the brushed chrome. Although after spending over $300 for it, the thing that disappoints the most is that it pee's. I hate a faucet that does not have a powerful water flow when opened all the way up. I have to guess that there is a water restrictor in place, which broke my heart. I usually purchase the off brand because of cost and have been very happy that they have had a powerful water flow. I want it splashing off the bottom of the sink when I have it all the way open. I spend a lot of time at my sink a day. I do not have time for a faucet to have a weak water flow. Went splurging this time, and went with name brand, with high expectations. Because this is a very important feature for me, I am very strongly already considering replacing/returning it. I've had only had it installed a full day now, and have been frustrated every time I have turned it on. For $300+ cost, I really expected this feature to be better performing.

Touch feature became posessed and now faucet leaks

I've had this faucet for over 5 years. The touch feature became possessed and would just turn on all by itself when no one was even close to it. I did all the trouble-shooting that the Delta website recommended (clearly lots of people have had similar issues). Eventually I gave up and disconnected the touch feature. But now the faucet is almost impossible to turn off. If you don't slam the handle just right it drips. So basically, every time I go to turn if off it takes three or four tries. Additionally, it is extremely difficult to find the exact right balance of hot and cold. Once you fight the sweet spot you don't want to turn the water off for fear you'll never find it again. So you end up wasting a ton of water. It was great when it worked but too much money to just have to replace it after five or six years. I'm not even going to bother with the warranty to get the leak fixed because I have so much trouble with the temperature balance.

Love this Leland pull down single faucet!! Fits perfectly with our sink and granite we just had installed. My husband installed it himself without any problem. The flow is great, love the pull down feature. The only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, just something that is odd. There is a steady stream ( which is stronger than the picture), a spray stream and another. It’s not a steady stream or a spray, it’s almost a decorative stream...very odd and I’m not sure why I would use it. But, that’s really not a complaint, just an odd feature. Overall, I love this faucet and highly recommend it.
