The reel has had limited use, but so far seems to be in good condition. My criticism is that the instructions could be a bit more explicit - especially when connection the reel panels to the wheels. Very difficult and after the fact I realized that I probably should have put the bolts in from the inside and the nut and excess bolt length sick out the outside.
It was a little difficult to assemble. I also see why some had problems with putting this together. it seems to be doing the job so far.

Nice But!
The cart is nice but the company’s quality control leaves a lot to be desired. Got the cart 75 percent complete and was missing one 6mm lock nut. Looked all over the box and all the plastic that was in it and still couldn’t find the one friggin nut. The parts box was busted open inside the main box and one seam was not taped very well so I’m assuming that it’s somewhere between here and China or wherever it came from. I live in a rural area and the closest hardware store to me is 18 miles so I had a 36 mile round trip for a friggin 75 cent nut. But I’m sure the folks who packaged this thing really don’t give a crap about my inconvenience. So if you purchase one you might get you some extra hardware from the hardware store before it arrives. If it hadn’t been for the lack of someone not packing everything correctly so the hardware box wouldn’t get torn up I would give the product 4 stars.
Good product
Much sturdy and stable than the plastic ones I tried at Lowes. It works great!
Bent frame
Frame was bent coming out of the box. It went together okay, but only 3 wheels touch the ground at a time. It’s kind of annoying, but I don’t plan on moving it around all that often or over long distances, so it doesn’t feel worth going through the return process. I guess I just expected more for the cost.
