I ordered this toilet in black. My one complaint (my fault for not realizing that toilet not taller) toilet height is low. I had purchased a chair high toilet and am spoiled by having the comfortable height. Just be aware of the seat height if purchasing.

I do love the toilet butt I am having a heck of a time getting customer service help. A very specific, long plastic screw that holds the plastic circle on the side was missing. I only received one side. I’ve tried email and “chat” (chat sends you back to email) and I’ve tried calling. Same results. At least the hole in toilet side faces the wall! The toilet works as expected. I’m pleased with it and SO much easier to clean!

Great on Size, Bad on Comfort

This toilet looks great and is a perfect size for a small bathroom. Because it's compact, the seat is as well.

Beautiful design

We purchased four of these toilets in 2023 for our home renovation. We wanted something that would be sleek and easy to clean. We have been very happy with our purchase. We did have an issue where water would slowly leak from the tank into the toilet bowl but we contacted DeerValley customer support and they were able to resolve our issue. We are very happy and would purchase DeerValley products again.

if you are a larger sized person, please know that this toilet is mini sized. Since it is obviously from China, the toilet seat is different than ours in USA. It is plastic and you are not able to replace it with a sturdier one because the mechanism is completely different. Other than that, it fits my tiny bathroom just fine, and we are all short and on the smaller side. The dual flush works great, and the water savings per flush is a plus. I also like the "easy to clean" bottom of toilet, no weird grooves to spend time detailing.

I only gave this toilet a 3 star because it is super loud when it flushes. Other then the noise is a great product.

This toilet is very small.

Everything’s great except the seat cover

The toilet functions as it is supposed minus the seat cover staying in place. The 2 circle piece at the back that connects the seat cover swivel very easily. Over time it’s loosening something that cause the seat cover to slant extremely to one side. It is very annoying to have to adjust the seat cover manually every time. Not a good buy, especially if you have children or anyone that sits or put their foot on the seat cover itself. The cover cannot handle any weight.

Perfect for a small bathroom. It was good quality and a great buy.

I love that this toilet has smooth sides. Aside from looking nice, it is so much easier to clean! The compact size is perfect for my tiny bathroom. I also like the dual button flushing.
