Really loving these lights and as much as my kids do! Very great colour and luminosity for an amazing sale price. It was pretty challenging getting these links to sync up to the app and Apple Home but once set up, it has been working great. Highly recommend them!

Best on the market

I own about 25 LIFX lightbulbs, a beam set and 2 lightstrip sets. I've used govee and hue, but LIFX is just so superior in colour saturation and great integration with homekit. i bought 2 more packs of these on sale just now, happy to say the reliability seems even better and faster with firmware updates.

[Rewarded Review] Works with lots of apps

Only buy this if you are sure that this is what you want. I love using it for meditation with the Global Coherence HeartMath app. It is great because the color of the light changes during the meditation based on my heartbeat hrv levels (measured using my phone.) At the end of the meditation, the light reverts to the original color, and then I can switch it on and off as needed as if it's a regular light. There have been times when it has stopped working and I had to reset it, but it has been working fine for several months now. (When that happened, I had to reset it, so you need to keep the piece of paper with the code on it in case your light goes offline. The code on the box didn't seem to work, so make sure to keep the paper rather than the box.)

[Rewarded Review] Easy to use

I love these light bulbs! I have several by LIFX and they’re always pretty easy to setup and use. The app is user friendly too. There are some preset themes that are pretty cool. All you have to do is scan the code on the little booklet in the box and it walks you through the setup. It’s also easy to integrate with Alexa. I love the soft white settings for daily use but it’s fun to use the colors when my son wants to have a dance party or we want to make the house spookier for Halloween. Over all they’re easy to set up and use.

Wow great bulbs. These bulbs are 75 watt and they really light up a room! If you looking to create a relaxing mood you can dim down. You can also change colors too from blues for your eyes to pinks for your moods. You can also schedule them to come on or off. You need no hub and very easy to install. They are 80% more efficient so you will save on electric.

I have a few smart bulbs around the house, so in part, I can compare the Lifx 75 Watt equivalent bulb to my experiences with those others. I would say that it performs as well as any other smart bulb in the house, all of which are connected via HomeKit. This Lifx bulb is bright, and it connected quickly and easily to my smart home environment and works well. I typically use the default warm white tone, but have tried the various other default colors and played with the editable color options directly in the Home App. If you have previously used a smart bulb, there isn't much new here, except that it works well. No hub is required for HomeKit. Unlike most standard A19 base bulbs, this Lifx is not round at the top, rather, it is flat as shown in the product image. This perhaps results in a little less light thrown laterally, and more directly down, but since I have the bulb in a downward facing fixture, I can't speak to any deficiencies - The bulb lights up well and throws a lot of light for an A19 LED. All in all, I like this bulb. It's bright, smart function integration works well in my use case and the colors look good (if you want that).

[Rewarded Review] A versatile smart bulb

This LIFX 75-Watt Equivalent A19 Color Tunable White Smart Wi-Fi LED Light Bulb is well-made and easy to connect once you download the APP. With the APP, you can easily change the brightness and even colors with the phone. The bulb works with Alexa, Google, and HomeKit. I like the bulb is very bright yet only use a fraction of energy compared to old incandescent bulbs. I noticed the bulb shines down more and less to the side compared to incandescent bulbs.

When this bulb is connected to Wifi and using the app on a smart phone, you have lots of choices for brightness and colors to meet almost any requirements. Installation of the apps were easy to perform and to connect to a home Wifi. The bulb is narrow to fit into the standard bedside lamp where I use its options for color and brightness in reading and looking at TV. I like this bulb for the many options from a single light source that I can have that depends on my needs.

Innovative decor lighting system for my transition to smart home gadgets. Really, really simple to install via home wifi and of course, you must install the Lifx app to control lighting for setting a certain mood, party ambience or a certain holiday decoration theme. Works with Alexa (will easily detect device once it's connected to your home wifi) if one is Alexacentric like my family is currently. Took maybe 2 minutes to install and have it operational. Great to have control of lighting if you're away for vacation. Can access and control from anywhere in the world if wifi is available at your destination. Happy with my choice and definitely would recommend to friends and family.

[Rewarded Review] An Investment in Fun

Our LIFX 75-Watt Equivalent BR30 Multi-Color Smart Wi-Fi LED Bulb Night Vision is one of the coolest "smart" products we've had. Truly. We have had smart faucets and other lights that were supposed to work with Google. None have been particularly successful; either not understanding directions or constantly loosing connections. The LIFX light interacts with our Google home system seamlessly. They connected fast and all we have to do is tell Google to turn Duke on or off or change the color and boom! Done! (Yes, one of us did name the light Duke.) We could not attach enough photos to do justice to the scale of colors available. Not only can you change the color and the hue, you can also change how bright you want it. We have a lot of fun going through the preset themes and effects. Check out the photos for just a sampling of all that. Really the most versatile light we've ever had. You can also create your own "scenes", (the app guides you through that pretty easily), and even create a schedule. O.k, it is pricey for a light bulb. Still it's a fun addition to our lounge where we sit and play games and listen to music. Great way to create any vibe you could want. We really like we can turn it on and off from anywhere in the house and trust it has actually done what we ask. Big kudos to the smart technology. We highly recommend the LIFX Multi-Color Smart Light.

[Rewarded Review] All features not available with Google devices

I got this bulb for my daughter's room. She likes all of the different modes that it offers and enjoys having the options of a timed schedule for her lighting and the ability to have themes such as rotating pastel lighting or a disco type twinkling motif. She uses a google home assistant to sync with the light for voice commands, but unfortunately all of the light features cannot be controlled with the assistant. You can turn the light on and off, but you cannot set the theme for the light using the voice commands with Google assistant. You need to use the standalone app for this, so if you have limited space for apps on your phone, you may want to choose a different brand of light that uses existing smart home apps.

Bought 20 bulbs

I bought 5 of the 4 packs to improve the house. They were delivered the next day by bestbuy and make the home way better. The lifx bulbs are brighter and have alot richer colors then Philips hue. They dont require a hub like Philips but I still set up a centralized router for them and corded it with at least cat 5e from my main router since there's alot of bulbs. Its awesome synced with iliteshow app or lifx thunderstorm. Im looking into a wall switch alternative, it seems switches that work with hue may work with these also. Definitely worth the upgrade when on sale.

LIFX Lights

I've owned LIFX lights for a few years now. They have worked flawlessly and have now bought several more to cover more sections of my house. the added bonus is that the packets of data they send out is minimal and stay within US servers.

Connects easily to wifi beautifully bright

Great app makes color change easy. Alexa supported, brighter than the competition by a mile. This updated version connects super easily to wifi. Great product.
