My rug arrived. I was SO excited to get it....
My rug arrived. I was SO excited to get it. The individual(s) who packaged it needs a few lessons. First of all they taped it (which is usually fine) However, they stuck the tape to the actual leather pieces! They were so stuck to the tape they had to be cut free! Second, the tag that came with the rug stated that they pay close attention to detail and are proud of their “excellent quality”. Well I’ve got a ziploc baggie full of pieces that fell off one we got it out of the packaging. Pieces from all over the rug. Not just the ones that were taped. Home Depot gets a great review, the shippers or packagers and the company that makes the rug not so much. :(
