Parts where very hard to get to in the back of the bottom drawer. Bottom drawer sticks hard to open

I loved this cabinet but after 4 months of very little use the cabinet doesn’t lock and unlock right. I can’t lock it anymore.

I was very disappointed with this file cabinet. It arrived dented in all four corners of its top despite no signs ofdamage on the superb packing and shipping container. This indicates to me that it was dented/ damaged prior to packing! The top drawer could not open until I was able to hammer out dent a bit. I would of sent it back but that would of taken me too much work to repack and the then ship.I would expect to see something like this on the floor in a discount or seconds office furniture store for a significantly lower price!!! In the end it is going under my desk and my colleagues and I agree that no one but me will see it.

These are heavy duty. I was impressed by the sturdiness for the price. I ordered multiples and one arrived seriously damaged, although it was replaced quickly.

This is a nice little cabinet. I am able to use the top two drawers to place items from my desk top and the bottom drawer for items like paper or files.

This is a great file cabinet, very sturdy and a good size. The top came with a dent, hence the score of 3. Where I keep it, it doesn't show too badly so I didn't return it. My issue is that the packing was perfect, box in tact, so I am assuming that Wayfair packaged a dented desk and sent it to me. For the price, it should have been perfect.

This basic filing cabinet suits our purpose and the charcoal gray color is a nice change from black. It arrived without any issues.

It has a little bump, but it won’t be noticeable. I love it.

Love the colour and it locks.Before I have even set it up a big cement block in the bottom drawer dislodged and prevents the file drawer from closing,locking and perhaps will affect stability. I bought two but this has not happened to the other yet.A hand does not fit inside to move it and very heavy for me to lift.So it’s useless to me as is.

The file cabinet is what it's supposed to be. Pop on the wheels and shove ti against the wall. Done.

Good quality metal cabinet. One arrived with small dents but worked out fine. Would recommend these for quality and having a lock.

Sturdy file cabinet, great storage, long lasting.

Very sturdy file cabinets with wheels and exactly what I needed. I needed lighter weight cabinets but something that will not bend in like the less expensive cabinets. These are very solid. Highly recommend.

Exactly as described. Drawers slide smoothly. Exactly what you would expect in an office cubicle.

Good cabinet, once you fix it and clean it.

My filing cabinet arrived in a nice box, very well packaged indeed, with no signs of damage. Unboxing was quick and easy, and that's when the disappointment set in. The cabinet looked like someone opened it, smashed it with a hammer on every panel, then put it back into it's box. The concrete weight in the back of the cabinet had beaten it's way loose, every surface was filthy with dirt (inside and out), and I had to use a hammer and punch to beat the bent the sheet metal around one of the bottom corners just to get the wheel to bolt on.

... 5 stars for customer service. The cabinet is a great size; useful for storing files and supplies. We ordered the putty color, which blends in nicely with our taupe wall color. It includes a large flat stone to keep the cabinet still and stable. Unfortunately, the product came with a sizable dent in the corner; however, Hayneedle offered to replace it or provide a discount in an effort to make it right. Kudos!
