Wow! Impressed.

Wow! My expectations were low to be honest. The price seemed too low. The idea of real fire burning safety on our table outside was not something I thought we could achieve under $200, but yet it has. The couple that we entertained this evening will be purchasing one also. They were as impressed as we are. Good value. Great unit.

A wonderful firepit for a small space

I have a small deck at my condo and no place to put a full size fire pit so I opted for a tabletop version. This fits the bill perfectly! So easy to light with a beautiful flame, and just as easy to put out the flame when your done (although, so far, I have just let it burn out). It sits comfortably on the coffee table on my deck, so it's always ready to go. I'm so grateful to have found this perfect option for my summer evenings. Paired with my water feature, I now have the perfect oasis, just outside my back door.

We love this for the back patio

We have fallen in love with this table top firepit. It’s been a lifesaver for the cooler months in Florida. It’s easy to assemble and you just add alcohol or burning oil and it’s lit. It’s easy to slid the lid on which douses out the flame. The flames are high but not more tha you would like. It’s very nice and sturdy so the weight keeps it from moving around on our table.

Beautiful

Our family loves it! We use it for indoor marshmallow roasts so the roasting sticks are quite handy. The flame is very large, which might not be for everyone. Our tabletop felt warm right in front of the firepit, but it didn’t feel dangerous. It uses a lot of fuel and the fuel is expensive. A full fill lasts less than an hour. Because of that, we only use it for special occasions. But we do love it.

A+ rating

This was packaged very well and came with an instruction booklet. The fiirepit is a nice size and is heavy, so never any worries about spilling or moving. Clean burning - no smoke or smell. (I use Housewise fuel). The flame burns for about an hour, and is warming and so very cozy and romantic for a late afternoon happy hour. We have had many compliments on it, and it is now my go to gift. We have a small outside terrace and I got another one for there. Nice for cool evenings. Lastly, their customer service dept is incredible. The first one arrived with a very small chip in the corner, and although hardly noticeable I contacted the CS dept to let them know and not only heard back from them (Tom) same day --2 days later I had a new one delivered. Highly recommended this product! A+

Love this table top fire pit. My sons use it inside and outside when friends are over. The customer service is FANTASTIC! I THOUGHT the ceramic wool was missing when we opened it up on Christmas AM. I emailed the seller and a replacement was sent right away! They offered me free fuel for the trouble. I declined because we ended up finding the ceramic wool in the Christmas recycles days later...so I declined the kind offer. Pleasure working with this company! Highly recommend this!

Impressive customer service

Great product and great service. We received this tabletop pit as a Christmas present from our son. We immediately used it and were impressed. We have an outdoor propane fire pit but because of our climate (Toronto, Canada) we cannot use it during the winter months. This tabletop fills the gap. The day after Christmas I went onto YouTube to learn more about the product and learned that it required a ceramic wick that was supposed to be included with the product. It no doubt was, but in our family Christmas morning is rather chaotic and nobody takes time to look for manuals or instructions and we are sometimes too eager to gather up and dispose of wrapping etc., which is probably where the white wick probably ended up. I emailed the manufacturer to find out whether replacement wicks were available. I got a reply from the owner the next day and one day after that I received delivery of three wicks free of charge. Clearly this illustrates the concern and respect this company has for its customers. I highly recommend this product.

Love it!

This was a little surprise for my fiancé for Valentines and it was excellent! 10 minutes after opening the box and reading the directions we had a fire going. It’s excellent quality, nice looking, puts off a decent sized flame with very little heat and almost no smoke. We loved it and very pleased.

The S'mores are a hit with the grandkids.

Simple to utilize - we utilize 70% Isopropyl and it burns superbly. No problems with smoke or odor. Pour in approximately half of a quart and it burns for roughly 30-40 minutes. Considering the quart costs approximately $3 - it amounts to around $1.50 for each burn. We refrain from relighting - there is a risk associated with pouring a flammable liquid onto a heated object. You can discover YouTube videos regarding the hazards of these products. They are secure - just exercise caution. Fill it up - clean up any spills - remove the container and then ignite.

We absolutely love this product! Instead of using wood in our fireplace, we opt for this alternative. It creates an excellent fire without any smoke or pollution. The customer service provided by the manufacturer/seller is truly outstanding. We encountered some minor issues, but the seller promptly resolved them. We wish all sellers were as reliable as Houswise in standing by their products. With the ban on wood products for fireplaces, this sustainable alternative is truly excellent. Whether used indoors or outdoors, the fire it produces is exceptional, and it creates a wonderful ambiance.

I didn't like it

After purchasing and using it, I find that the price of this product is a bit high considering its performance and burn time. It only lasts for about an hour per liter of ethanol, which is also costly. Additionally, the scent is somewhat pleasant initially, but it becomes unpleasant towards the end when the wick is almost burnt out. I couldn't discern the purpose of the wick, and it even gave me a headache while I was outside on the patio. Therefore, I have decided to store it away and continue using my small wood burning fire pit for the patio. On a positive note, they did provide me with a full refund, so I have increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Looking to remove the chill from the air? THIS IS THE SOLUTION.

I absolutely love this firepit. It may be small, but it is highly effective. My only issue is that the instructions are not clear. Inside the box, you will find a tabletop fire pit. However, inside the pit, there is a steel cup and a piece of material. Additionally, the box contains a black pad. To begin, remove the material (ceramic wool) from the pit. Then, lift out the steel cup and take out the installation. Flip the heavy firepit upside down and remove the tape from the black pad. Stick the black pad to the bottom of the firepit and flip it back over. Place the steel cup and wool material inside. Finally, pour in the isopropyl alcohol and light it up. Voila!

We recently utilized this product on our deck's table, and it truly enhanced the dining experience, giving it a luxurious touch reminiscent of a delightful restaurant :). We employed 70% isopropyl alcohol, conveniently found in the pharmacy aisle, filling it up to the designated line. The fuel lasted approximately an hour, allowing us to utilize the telescoping skewers provided to roast marshmallows for s'mores, which turned out to be a fantastic success. We are absolutely enamored with this fire pit and are extremely grateful that we made the decision to purchase it. The investment is definitely worthwhile, as it creates a delightful ambiance for outdoor meals. Don't hesitate to get it!

What a lovely little fire pit!

As we are currently undergoing a complete home and yard renovation, our outdoor fire pit area remains unfinished. However, this compact tabletop fire pit serves as a delightful alternative for the time being, especially when we prefer not to deal with the responsibilities associated with a larger pit, such as constantly hauling and adding wood. It provides approximately an hour of burn time, which is ideal for enjoying a drink and winding down for the night. Although it includes sticks for making s'mores, we have yet to utilize them as I am not particularly fond of them. We will likely save them for when our grandchildren come to visit. In the meantime, we simply use rubbing alcohol, which can be easily purchased at any pharmacy.

The ambience is pleasant.

This is a great addition to your outdoor gatherings, creating a pleasant ambiance. Kids will enjoy toasting marshmallows over it, and it even comes with sticks for that purpose. While it can be used indoors, I personally prefer using it outdoors. The fire will automatically turn off after about an hour, so you don't have to worry too much about it. Considering the price, I would expect the fire to last at least a few hours.
