Beautiful Panel

I've carefully inspected the shipment, and it arrived in good shape. I especially checked the edges of the glass looking for chips or other damage. The box had a little damage but the glass is pristine. Can't wait to get it installed!

The product comes in 2 boxes.

The product was modestly priced. Not cheap but fairly priced. When I picked the shower door/ Glass from Lowe’s it was in one box. I had my son come over the next morning to help me install the glass. It is very heavy and requires 2 people. When I opened the box the mounting hardware and the mounting channels were missing. Tried to call Lowe’s but no one ever picked up. Went to store thinking I was going to have to box it up and return it. A very nice employee said to not give up and she would go to the back and look for a second box. After a while she returned smiling with a second box. It contained the missing parts. I wish I knew her name so I could mention it here. I was able to install the product and it looks great.

Easy to install. Heavy, requires two to install. Once installed feels sturdy and looks great. Use a new ceramic bit, lot of holes to put in tile.

Looks great!

This glass fixed panel looks great in our new bathroom. Be warned it is VERY HEAVY and definitely you will need at least two people for install in order to lift and maneuver the panel. Installations for instruction could be a little more clear. Would recommend if you're looking for something sleeker than the traditional sliding or pivot shower door enclosures!

Pretty easy to install. Cut the hardware to size with a tale saw, marked the holes, predrilled the tile and secured in place with screws. Laid caulk in the rail and then caulked all seems after installing the glass. Fit my space nicely and was the aesthetic I was hoping for.

It came by UPS Freight which took a while and a missed scheduled (on their part). But that's not about the product itself. Overall really happy with it, especially for the price. The glass is thick and solid. The channel/rail system was relatively easy to install. The fact that it is to be secured on 2 sides made me nervous but decided to take a chance anyway. The opposite top corner does flex a tiny bit but I am confident that it will not fall out of the channel. Adults will be careful not to lean on it and young kids would not be able to push it over or break it. But I would not recommend this for elderlies.

great value. the vertical piece has a little give to makeup for slight irregularities in tile work. install was easier than expected. would definitely recommend using CLEAR caulk since you can see through glass and then would see the caulk job. my job was extra difficulty due to porcelain tile, and went through a few drill bits (as expected, though)....

The product instructions indicated to insert the rubber stops into the u channel and when the contractor inserted them the glass would not seat properly in the u channel. After speaking with the associate at the store she indicated not to insert them just use silicone and insert the glass directly into the track. The contractor was able to do this but this initiated a second trip charge to me. The booklet that was inclosed made no indication of not inserting the rubber grips into the channel.

I love the quality of the glass and frame, it looks amazing as well. The only thing I found a little odd that would have made installation easier was if the frame was pre-cut to the size of the glass that I ordered, instead it seems that they send you a one-size-fits-all frame that you have to cut down to the size of the glass you ordered. It's just another step that seems like the manufacturer could do in half the time to save the consumer some time during the installation. Other then that, it's a great product for the price and I would absolutely recommend it.

Perfect...just what I needed to no longer have ugly shower curtains. This was a heavy and solid shower glass. Installation was very simple. It basically needs 2 rails, line them up and mark where to cut. You cut to size then drill a few holes for each, caulk and secure with screws. Then just fill the rails with caulk and install glass in place and you are done. Looks beautiful and modern. Love this and recommend if anyone is looking for a simple and easy to install shower screen/glass. Well designed and excellent quality.

I highly recommend two people install the glass. I did it solo, barely. The track does not allow any room for error, so ensure that your drill does not walk when drilling through tile. I messed up 1 hole on the tile side, and 1 hole on the cast iron enameled base side. The requirements are at least 3 in the base and 4 in the wall. Nice clean modern look.

Excellent product. Very simple and straightforward installation. Track looks very nice and gives the DIY er room for error if your walls and saddle are not at a perfect 90 degree angle. Purchase a high quality appropriate drill bit and your install will be a breeze. Highly recommend this product.

Not Practical

I love the look of our frameless shower door! We added a row of pretty glass tile and are happy that it is visible. On the other hand, I don’t think it is very practical. First, you have to get into the shower to turn the water on. Water sprays onto the floor in the open area and I get cold easily so I would prefer to have the entire shower enclosed. We added a shower curtain to just the open area and that works for us. Still have to get in to turn the water on, though.

Ordered this shower door kit, had a professional company come out to install it, but the wall mounts were missing so had to call Dreamline to get the pieces sent to me which they overnighted them. The installation company charged me a $150 return fee, I put in a claim with Dreamline to pay that fee since it was their fault. They denied that claim based on me signing for the product at delivery and that I was acknowledging that I received all pieces. No guys, I did not open each box and verify that each piece and each screw were present. Be aware of this before you order or sign for this product.

Just had my master bath remodeled by a professional. Used this door for my shower. According to my contractor it was easy to install. It looks great and is easy to keep clean. I was a little worried about installing a clear glass as we have hard water. However I squeegy off the door after each shower and there are no water marks. I'm really particular about that type of appearance so I am more than thrilled with this door. Obviously the Clearmax is an added feature for this door. Would highly recommend.

This was shipped without the brushed nickel tracks. Simply the glass panel, and two cheap clear plastic trim strips for the edges (why anyone would use these is beyond me). Now attempting to have Home Depot track down the missing parts -- very disappointed they would release it for pickup (to our contractor) without checking that all parts were included, now we have lost two weeks and counting for our construction project with the contractor on the clock, and master bath remodel delayed indefinitely until the guest bathroom where this was intended is finished. Very disappointed so far, eagerly awaiting a remedy.

Great look for walk in shower

Wanted a doorless shower, but in a small bathroom, that was not possible. Installed this shower door for a 1/2 doorless shower. It works great for keeping water from the rest of the bathroom. We had one small problem on delivery as one wall frame was slightly bent. Dreamline overnighted the new part. Make sure there are two strong people to install the glass as it is very heavy. Love the look!

Looks great!

We were going to buy a seamless sliding shower door, but once the tiles were installed in our shower the opening was just out of the range of standard shower doors. So we went with having just the one glass wall which looks more modern and stylish and was cheaper than the full doors would have been. So I love the quality and the value. Installation is not difficult but it is something you need at least 2 people to position the glass into the track properly, and then sealing it with several thin layers of clear caulk seemed to work best to make a waterproof seal. My only complaint is that when we shower, some water does splash out around the glass. A large bath mat is definitely needed. I just wish it was about 4 inches wider, and then it would be perfect..
