Not too happy customer
I was sent the wrong futon mattress (size and color). I've spent time over the past week in communication with your customer service team who is playing the role of go-between with the manufacturer to correct the issue of taking this one back and replacing it with the product I ordered and expected to receive. It's taking longer than should be the case. Hopefully I can update this review with positive news soon as all I want is the mattress I ordered.
