Champion 4 HET 1.28 gpf Toilet Tank leak

The toilet was only installed for a week when a leak from the tank to the bowl developed. The service tech showed me the defective flush valve seal. He replaced and the toilet has worked fine.

Terrible toilet. Has leaked since day one. Plan on a lot of frustration and additional water cost. Don't buy this toilet!

Love he Toilet but the flush valve has a issue. Re fills between flushes loosing seal

Tank cracked

After 7 years, the tank suddenly cracked. Water everywhere. I thought it might have been the cleaning folks until I saw these reviews.

I am extremely disappointed with the toilet I purchased. Within just a couple of years, the bowl developed a crack, which is completely unacceptable for such a crucial household item.

I have been trying to return this items since day 1 and Wayfair hasn’t been any help. Unfortunately, FedEx threw the package over the fence and it cracked. Submitted video evidence from our Ring doorbell and still nothing! Each time their system is down or they have an issue processing a refund, replacement or credit! Over 180 literally down the toilet!!!! Shame on you Wayfair!

It met my expectations as it was a duplicate replacement for my broken toilet tank but priced at $130 I should have replaced the entire toilet!!!

Tank cracked for no reason. Go with a different brand.

toilet runs all day.

My toilet began running to refill to the fill line every 10 min! I have not had this toilet long, and it is for my upstairs guest bathroom which is rarely used. I can not figure out how to simply replace the flapper as that seems to be the faulty part, but I am not certain. There is no identifiable part number replacement for this model. I do NOT recommend this model that I bought and had installed through Lowes.

It came broken twice so I finally gave up on it and got a refund!

Tank was delivered in good condition and fit as it should.will have to replace flush valve as it is a water saver valve. But for the most part , very satisfied with the Tank .

Worst ever

Terrible - won't flush in one flush because the tank stack sits up 3 inches to reduce water consumption. Water in stool is too little so it spits spits 2+ feet out of the stool when you flush.

Nice tank that replaced the original. It fit perfectly.

Installed on 7/20/23 and the tank internals began

Installed on 7/20/23 and the tank internals began leaking within 3 weeks of install (wasting water).

My other tank wasn’t very old. It had a crack and was leaking. I ordered the tank and fully expected to strip the guts out and reuse them. I was pleasantly surprised to find all new innards including a tank to bowl gasket and mounting bolts

Tank Cracks

We purchased this American Standard toilet a few years ago and it is now cracked. It will have to be replaced before a serious leak occurs. I do NOT recommend this brand.

$850 water bill

I purchased 9 of these . Flapper has a silicone ring attached to the bottom of it. Ring separated from flapper preventing it from forming a seal . Toilet ran for a month on vacation $850 water bill. I have snapped ring back into place and it continues to detach . Ordering a new part, if that doesn't fix it , I'll throw toilet in the trash. I'm not a plumber . However I have done my own plumbing on 120 rental units for 30 years. I receive a plumbers discount at the plumbing store because I buy "twice as much as a plumber".
