I purchased 2 of these lights to place under the eaves of our patio. I had them hardwired together with a switch placed on the wall adjacent to the grill; they provide the light needed for evening cooking and they work as expected. No problems so far (2 months).

One fine outdoor lighting solution. Have one fixture mounted about 20ft off the ground running parallel length wise in our 20x37ft Pole Barn/RV Trailer pad. Well sealed from the harsh salt air environment of South Texas. It throws light very well out past the sides of the pad, but not too bright to be blinding.

Installed this light fixture in a shed about a month ago. Installation was as expected; no problem if you generally know how to install a light fixture; decent instructions included, along with needed hardware for flush mounting (but no chains if you want it to be a hanging fixture). So far, light is working as expected. So far, I would buy again.

I ordered 5 of these, 2 on the front porch...

I ordered 5 of these, 2 on the front porch and 3 on the back porch. It took a few extra weeks to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Yesterday my nephew took down the old flourescents and installed these new lights. I'm delighted. I did purchase amber colored sleeves - to discourage bugs. Everything came together and I'm very pleased.

I bought this same lite 20 years ago to go in my barn. The transformer finally failed, so I bought a new one. The light was exactly the same, so mounting this new light was very simple. I would buy it again.

The light does what it is supposed to do. Taking off the cover is a little more difficult than I would prefer. The clamps that hold the cover to the base are a little too tight. Very impressed with the number and diversity of parts that came with the light. The parts are provided to install the light in a number of different ways: attached to the ceiling, hanging on a chain, etc.
