Item arrived securely packaged and in great shape. Plant was well cared for and in pristine condition- better than anything I’ve seen in stores! So far, this plant is doing well after unpackaging. I only wish there were better care instructions.

Disappointed

Wasn't packaged for shipping very well, Received plant with soil everywhere; all over the plant leaves barely any in the actual pot it was in the shipping box, plant itself doesnt look healthy looks like something has been eating at it, very disappointed.

Plant took ruff shipping no problem

Shipping ruffed it up a bit, Roots where exposed and the soil was inside the protective bag. Plant was not fazed at all! Added a little more dirt to the pot, watered then misted leaves. And was fine. Still doing well nearly a week later.
