Great new faucet for our primary ensuite

Service was fantastic with lots of follow up to keep me posted on status. Quality of faucet is apparent as soon as you turn it on. Love the look too.

They made this very good. I like how the water comes out of the faucet. More like a waterfall feel with a bit of pressure. Looks very good in gold.

Paint peeling off

After one year of usage drain and adapter plate paint peeled away partially which makes the faucet look like I found it on the street, not bough brand new in the store. Somehow warranty has been promised (by hansgrohe representative), but I never got the replacement.

Gorgeous faucet

I have not yet installed however this is a heavy, very sturdy faucet. It has a good design which coordinates with any decorative styles. It is impressive.

Great Faucet, Pop Up Drain Poor Quality

We purchased this Hansgrohe faucet for our recent master bathroom remodel in Matte Black. It was installed at the beginning of June by our contractor. We have been happy with the faucet. However, the Matte Black pop up drain that came with it is very poor quality. We have only been using it for about 4.5 months and the black is already chipping off. I am extremely disappointed since I paid a lot to update my master bathroom and now the sink pop up drain looks terrible. I do not use any harsh products or materials to clean it so I don't understand how the black is chipping off already. Very disappointed!

Not as advertised

This faucet is advertised as coming with a "pop-up drain." It did not. See the switch on the back of the faucet? It's designed to connect with and operate the drain. We hired two plumbers and they ocould not get it to function. I had to return it and buy a faucet with a pop-up drain. Be aware.

Elegant Faucet for Powder Room

Beautiful and solid. Loved the color, was looking for an antique brass tone and it’s beautiful.

Fabulous faucet

We love our new faucet. It is so stylish & sleek & well designed! We were surprised at how heavy it is; very solid brass w/ brushed gold finish. I would buy this faucet or this brand again if we do another bathroom. Much higher quality than the Delta faucet we previously put in (more expensive too-but worth it). I highly recommend this faucet.

Brushed gold faucet is elegant but requires care

First of all, Hansgrohe recommended 2 inches of clearance in the counter behind the faucet for the pop up drain handle. This was not enough space. We had to turn the handle to the side to make room to use it.Secondly, the faucet does water spot (we have salt softened water). I have to wipe it dry after every use and then it looks beautiful.

So Fancy

I am a pretty simple guy but my wife likes the finer things. This faucet was just what she was looking for. It is sleek, modern, and looks beautiful (her words). As for me, I like that it was easy to install. it is heavy and well made so I know it will last. Lastly, I like the simplicity of the pop-up drain.This is a great faucet that can please the simple and the refined.

Very cute and fitting facuet!

Very cute and fitting bathroom faucet. I love the ribbon-style water delivery. I have toddlers who are potty-training, and this faucet does not have as much “splash” as our other faucets, which is very helpful for my ladybugs. So far, the faucet has been very easy to clean. I would choose this faucet again.

Beautiful

I am looking forward to my plumber installing my Locarno single hole Faucet. I love it sleek slim lines. I chose the gold color is that it coordinates with other fixtures in my bathroom.TThe one I chose is a single hole Faucet, number 110 with a pop-up drain, 1.2 GPM.

Amazing design!

My wife love the design, modern, and the sturdyness of the faucet. At first I thought it would be too big for the small size vanity it was going with, but fits perfect! They are nice looking and very solid. They are quite a bit larger in height and length than the original faucet they replaced.The only bad thing is that it does not come with the baseplate and you have to buy it separately which implies an extra expense ...But this faucet is very high quality, definitely I recommend to all!

Beautiful Faucet

The Hansgrohe-Locarno Single hole faucet 110 with pop-up drain is a very nice product. The color and patina of the gold finish is truly outstanding. The faucet is very heavy and well made. Excellent quality that I would highly recommend it.
