Very poor quality

I have had this unit for less than 6 months and suffered the same fate as many that have reviewed this poor quality product. There nozzle separated from the hose and it not fixable. Very disappointed as the fixture is beautiful. But, with such a poor quality design I can't recommend!

Very poor design

We experienced the same issue as many with the faucet, where the nozzle detached from the hose and was not repairable. Looks beautiful, but very poor quality! Would not ever recommend.

Faulty DO NOT Buy

The spout has broken on me, totally just come off, spraying water everywhere. This is the second time it has happened. Got a replacement the first time and it just happened again. This is a faulty designed product. Do not buy. It will break on you in 2-3 months.

Sprayer Blew Off After About a Year, No Replacement Parts Available

Bought this about a year ago. There are only two of us in the household so not super heavy use. After about a year the spray nozzle blew off as others have reported. Looked up a replacement part, which MAY be the "shower hose" (hard to tell), but the part is not available. Really bummed.

Bad sprayer Handel.

I was reading comments about the sprayer handle popping out of the base and water shooting out. It just happened to my facet. Seems fairly easy put the handle hose back into the base but it just kept coming out ( water went everywhere) Is there a part or a repair that can be done to fix this?

Apparently, Hansgrohe has accepted that this is a poorly designed faucet. It has been pulled out from its website. In dealing with the customer representative, all they can do is to replace it or give me another faucet of a lower price They refuse to give me the price differnce nor costs to replace the faulty faucet.

Poor Design

Barely 3 months of gentle usage, first the diverter/sprayer end came out soaking my wife with water all over the kitchen. I attempted to fix it, which is essentially just a snap-on piece. Yesterday, the unit burst open from the base and we had a major fountain in our kitchen. Once again it is a snap-on design there too. No screw-on features so it's no wonder the unit keeps separating due to the water pressure. EXTREMELY POOR DESIGN, highly doubtful German engineering could ever come up such a flawed design. These incidents luckily did not damage my newly renovated kitchen. After seeing at the way it is constructed and design (see attached photos), I am giving up on Hansgrohe products. This whole thing has cost be a little over $1000.

Bad Compression Fitting Design, Nonexistent Warranty Support

I had this faucet installed in my recently renovated home in October. It broke in late November, with a compression fitting coming loose spraying water all over the kitchen - as many others have noted.Hansgrohe support keeps stringing us along on the replacement. It has now been OVER TWO MONTHS with the replacement listed as backordered, yet one could easily buy this faucet in retail.Going

Nozzle blew off!

We just remodeled our kitchen, and after one month the nozzle blew off and soaking myself and our new hardwood floors. Very disappointed. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing. Working on getting it fixed/replaced.

Falls Apart

Looks great, but the hose disconnected spraying all over our kitchen. We were able to reconnect the hose, but the issue kept persisting. What a waste!

Nozle Pops Off

The Nozle Pops Off letting water spray everywhere after just a few weeks of use. Poorly constructed. I emailed customer service, but they never got back to me.

Beautiful but Flawed

Purchased this faucet in late summer of 2021 for a home where we spend six months of the year. Two months ago, while using, the spout/nozzle fell off and the hose, now unrestrained, shot water all over me and the kitchen. I managed to replace the spout onto the hose fitting; a week later it happened again. I wrote Hansgrohe soon after, not response. Has happened again several times. Would not purchase this item again. Disaster!

Love but scratched instantly...

Love the look but the matte color scratched off on portions of the spray holder (part of the spring is sharp and keeps hitting it) :(

Amazing Kitchen Faucet

Great product and a gorgeous finish! Love the 2 sprays. The Quality is flawless and overall the product looks gorgeous in my kitchen!

Looks great, but difficult to use

I brought the faucet in gold. It looks amazing.However, this is not a pull-out spout. The spout is short, thus the faucet has very limited to reach. This makes it hard to clean the corners of the kitchen sink.
