Will never order from this company ever again.

I was sent a BLUE rug. We didn’t open it immediately because it was delivered during a hurricane, so it took us some time to get our lives back in order and our house cleaned up and our housekeeper back in. I was not sent the rug I ordered, and now I’m being told I’m not able to return it because it’s outside the window of time, despite it being because of a natural disaster. I will never order from this company again.

Please hear me when I tell you this rug is a literal nightmare! I do not leave reviews, however this rug sheds so bad the people need to know. I have had it about 2 months and felt the need to come back a leave this review in hopes of helping you not make the mistake of buying this. It’s a pretty rug but not worth headache.

Incredible Savings

I saw a smaller version of this rug at a local store and it was twice the price. The savings was a huge incentive and when I had a question before ordering the staff at Rugs Direct was extremely helpful. Absolutely beautiful! This wool, nubby rug is very textural and beautiful with woven bits of color and feels wonderful to walk on barefooted. The color is basically white so I immediately scotch-guarded the entire rug before placing my furniture.

Looks good in our lounge

Nice rug, looks good in our lounge. It had more color than the pictures on the website showed, but that works well for us, we were worried it wouldn’t be colorful enough.
