Packlite Power Lantern

The lantern is a gift for family in Florida in case of drastic weather and since there have been no hurricanes in our area this season, it has not been tested. I feel confident that it is adequate as advertised.

Phone charger useless.

Light is great. Solar charging is quite slow but light lasts for more than 2 days of use. I have 5 of these and neither me nor my friends who have them could get them to charge our phone for less than a minute starting with a Luminaid full charge. EXTREMELY disappointing. We really needed this function during hurricane Milton. I also hate the new handle. The are almost impossible to snap so was unable to hang the lantern. Why would that be changed from the Velcro which was a dream to handle.

Short circuited and started burning

Unfortunately my product was defective. I was never to get it to charge using the solar panel, even when it was placed in direct sunlight outdoors. When I tried to charge it using the port it short circuited and started burning. I had charged it using the port once successfully before and it hadn’t experienced any damage since then to explain the burning. For the price I would expect significantly better quality control.

I was so pleasantly surprised with this item. It folds up for easy storage and the light is so bright. It has different lighting modes and a flashing light as well. The charger is an added bonus. We tried it out on the porch before camping and it lights up the entire porch. The only downside to being so bright is all the bugs if attracts 🤣. 10/10 enjoy!

a Helpful Beacon in the Darkness

I gifted the Luminaid Pack Lite Max 2 in 1 lantern for Father's Day and my Dad is still beaming from the illuminating gift! He has since used it on his boat at night and told all his buddies at the Yacht Club about this brilliant invention! As an environmentally conscious boater and person, he appreciates the solar charging and the potentially life-saving features of sending an SOS if needed.

Great emergency light

When fully charged the light functions exceeded the upper range of times the light functioned as per paperwork.

The LuminAID 2-in-1 Solar Camping Lantern and Phone Charger is a product I didn't realize I needed! It's the first thing I reach for during power outages, the LED lights are plenty bright. Solar recharging does work but is slow, which is to be expected Its compact and lightweight design.

This solar lantern is amazing. I never knew I needed one until now. I live in Florida so having one of these is good especially in case of hurricane season. I left It out during the day and used It at night and It worked well. The lantern has three brightness settings. It even has a usb port to charge your devices. It charged my phone right away too. This is really great if you are camping as well.

This has to be the coolest camping item I now own. So many convenient things about it. It’s lightweight, compact, waterproof, and comes with all things needed to make it function. Fast charging and a light that lights up the whole tent at night. No flashlights needed. Love this item and will recommend to everyone.

This lantern is so unique and convenient!! It's collapsible and really light. I like the different light modes, and it's solar charge ability. It's so handy, it charges my phone too. AND IT FLOATS!

This is a high quality, resilient lantern. Note the really long use hours are when you lower the light level, but it will do a great job at the highest level for a few hours. The diffusing of light really does help light up a larger area very well.

This product is awesome!! Apparently this is an “as seen on shark tank” product, and I’m glad to have received it! It is SO bright, inflates with a twist by sucking in air, and also has the capability to charge a phone. The light can be charged by usb or solar! It is a great little lamp and charger and I can’t wait to take it camping!

Christas Gift

These are the perfect Christmas gift. With more extreme weather causing power outages, individuals can have light and also charge their cell phones when the power goes out.

This is a great little lantern. I’ve already had to use it during a short power outage and it kept my phone charged and my living space bright while waiting for the power to come back on.

Great idea for here in US and abroad

I’m hooked on the Max 2 in 1 not only for hurricane season but year around. My last purchase was for a friend in Australia. He is facing their winter months and often lose power so 2 in 1 will not only give him light but keep his cellphone charged. He was amazed by your product and had never seen it sold in Australia.

Light & Communication

I ordered these for a disaster relief medical mission a few years ago. They are great! Lightweight, compact.The two functions, light and phone charging, are so critical to peace of mind. Recipients were super grateful! This year I purchased several to give as Christmas presents here at home.

Awesome Product/Awesome Mission

This is the fourth lantern I have purchased. The two most recent are the larger, PackLite Max and the output is perfect. Our town recently had a power outage and our early morning gym-crew was still in the gym at 4AM working out with cellphone flashlights. I brought in my Luminaid's. Hung them in a few spots and we were back in business. I've also left these lanterns going in my freezer to see how long they'd last - over 40 hours in 5 degrees. That's fantastic for a northeastern winter camper like me. I can't say enough good things about the product and the ladies' mission on bringing these to market. Great Job!

Great Gift!

I gave these to family members for Christmas and they were a hit! I bought this one for my brother, the avid hiker, to carry with him on long hikes. I love that it can be attached to his backpack and doesn’t require batteries and the phone charger is an added bonus. My three year old granddaughter loves the one I got her family for Christmas and enjoys pretending she is camping at night. A great product!

I had the smaller LuminAid

I had the smaller LuminAid lanterns and love the amount of light they produce. I recently put one in my car for emergency purposes. But Central Texas just went thru horrible frigid weather. We had an ice storm, then snow, then another ice storm so people everywhere were losing power and water. I was fortunate not to lose power but I wanted to be even more prepared. I’ve lived thru Houston hurricanes and California earthquakes so we all need to be prepared for natural disasters. So that’s when I decided to get four of the larger LuminAid lanterns with the additional charger capability. One of my sisters and elderly mom did lose power for days and they had nothing to charge phones and tablets and no light source so I bought them each one of their own and feel so good that they now have some preparedness.
