Poorly machined.
Poorly machined. The threaded mount opening would not allow the threaded rod to be screwed in at all. I've installed a dozen or two light fixtures and a half dozen ceiling fans over the years, and it takes 5 minutes for a light - this took an hour due to having to adapt it to mount properly.
