LOVE IT & The touch function rules

The faucet is beautiful and different than most. I get compliments on it often and described as jewelry. We have the black with gold trim, knurled handle. I love it. I do wish I would have hard wired it, battery change under sink 2x in one year. Not sure if that is good or bad, just sharing you have to change the batteries for the function. Plumber said easy to instal. Gorgeous.

Faulty "touchless" system AND water-stain prone

We bought this as part of our kitchen reno. I love the look, but have been disappointed in its performance, especially for the price! The touchless feature makes NO sense and is not intuitive whatsoever. For some reason, the handle itself also activates the touch feature so you cannot even try to turn it on/off manually without dealing with the faulty touchless system. The stream will also sometimes randomly cut off in the middle of washing your hands, so you then have to tap it/adjust the handle 2-3 times just to get it working again. Horrible design.

Finicky touch-function

This faucet has great potential, but the "smart"touch feature almost ruins it. more like "dumb" touch!!

A Quality Problem

It comes with some kind of sensor that turns the water off if you walk away from the faucet with it running. The problem is that it will randomly cut off for several seconds while you are standing directly in front of it. We are trying to find documentation on how to disable the sensor but can not find how. Removing the batteries just disables the entire faucet. The other issue we have with the faucet is that the stainless steel fillets at the base were not polished and still show the weld discoloration about a quarter way around the faucet. These things should not happen to such a high end product. I would ask for a replacement but I don't want to pay another $500 to install it again.

Defective sensor

I wish I had not bought the smart touch faucet. The faucet is very pleasing aesthetically speaking, but the sensor locks up. I have been using this faucet since the middle of May, it started out with being super sensitive to any movement and shutting down when you used the sprayer to rinse your sink or dishes. Recently, it will lock up as your washing your hands, doing dishes by hand, washing fruits and vegetables or any other activity. It does t lock up just for a few seconds, but for 20-30 minutes. I have had to go finish rinsing my soapy hands in the bathroom, had to leave soapy pots mid way I the washing until the water is allowed to run again. I hate using this faucet now because I don’t know when it will

Great, touches sink faucet

This faucet feels nice and sturdy and not plasticky. The touches feature is really nice but you do have to change the batteries often. It looks and functions very nicely. Overall, great faucet.

Not a true brass tone!

It’s definitely more a rose gold than satin brass. Make sure you look at images online of installed pieces first

I’m currently rating two stars right now before install. The faucet looks amazing! Found the faucet for $200 cheaper on other sites so would not buy from Perigold for this reason. Another reason is the instructions do not explain that the solenoid comes with the option to purchase Delta’s Voice IQ which allows for voice activated commands. There is an Ethernet cable port on the solenoid module that made me explore what it was for. The instructions do not do not explain that all. Looking forward to install and may change my rating after that.

Could use a tweak here and there but overall great

Instructions are poorly written. This is essentially a upgraded delta (conglomerate) but that isn’t apparent unless you look at the instructions that clearly say Delta numerous times. Makes you think you bought something cheap.

We really like the unique shape of this faucet and the touch function works nicely. The knurled handle adds a good feel to the faucet. My only complaint is that the spray nozzle is not metal, I wish it was, as it would have a more premium feel.

Beautiful But Touchy

We have been using the faucet for a few weeks now. The build quality and design are exactly what you expect from Brizo, and that won't disappoint. However the touch on/off feature can be a little "touchy". For instance, multiple times I've kept my hand on the handle while filling a pot and the faucet turn off. I love being able to touch the faucet with the back of my hand while prepping a meal. I purchased the plug adapter after reading other reviews, and I seriously didn't want to deal with changing another set of batteries. My installer said that many people that purchased this feature ended up changing it to a normal manual sink. It's a pretty simple process that anyone could do in about 2-3 minutes. I may switch it to full manual after Thanksgiving, the verdict is still out.

Beautiful for a contemporary kitchen

I purchased this faucet for our upcoming new house build. The faucet is quite beautiful and will add a modern/ contemporary look to the kitchen. The knurling is very nice and the brass color is not too shiny. I will incorporate knurled pulls into the cabinetry to pull this look together. It is an expensive faucet, but Delta is good company so I hope it will last a lifetime. I looked everywhere and did not find a lower price.
