It is exactly as described, perfect condition. I had to return it as it did not fit our wide set sink. Our wide set sink is 8 inches, totally my fault as I did not pay attention to the description.

Needs improvement

This is nicely finished and has a rubber gasket around the rim and the faucet hole BUT it does not have the usual hardware to fix its position via the outer holes of a mini-widespread. This makes it very difficult to install with precision.

I actually used this piece for a different looking shower flange! It fit great and makes the shower head look more unique.

Perfect for our Akea kitchen with the speckled black countertop. The faucet we bought was a single hole mounted directly to the countertop witch had issues with water around the edge of the hole. This salved the water issue and gave it a great finished look.
