SUPER TOXIC!!!

I have purchased many sheepskins as padding and decor but this one is terrible and very, very TOXIC. It arrived late after ordering (not such a big deal) BUT upon opening it we discovered a chemical smell that is absolutely toxic. After opening the poorly packaged plastic wrap from China (yes, this is where this sheepskin comes from - think about it) I was immediately struck by it's intensely terrible chemical treatment smell. An hour into having it in my large living room I noticed that my lips and eyes were stinging (I am not a super "sensitive" type). The odor is overwhelmingly bad. I placed the skin outside for day but when I brought in inside it still had a toxic/"chemical" scent. My cat freaks out when it gets close to him but loves another sheepskin I bought at twice the price. . . DO NOT BUY THIS It is full of toxic chemicals that do not need to saturate a quality sheepskin. This product is a health hazard. There are non-toxic sheepskins that cost more but are well worth the price to save your health.
